Warlock only get spell slots for one level: that level rises as they increase in level. So all their spells are cast at that level. You should , though, be able to choose first and second level spells, but they will show up on your sheet as “upcast” options at third level. Please post a link to your character sheet so we can see your concern more clearly.
Thank you. I see both first and second level spells listed. As I said above, and as 1WngdAngel said, all your slots are of the same level (in this case 2nd) so all your spells show up under the 2nd level list. The spells that are first level are in blue type and have a 1st notation by the CAST button. The second level spells are in black type and have no such notation.
Your first post said you couldn't see 1 OR second level spells. I understand how you could think the 1st level ones were missing, but the 2nd leve spells are quite obvious. Am I not undertanding part of your question, or do you not see any spells when you look at the spell setion of your sheet?
After I made a character my first and second level spells would not show up in my spell list on character sheets
What class? What level?
What do you see when you click on the Spells tab on your sheet and then "Manage spells"? You should be able to add spells there
Do you use a VPN, and add blocker, or browser extensions? Some of them don't play nice with DDB.

This is the way warlocks work. They don't get multiple spell levels to cast. Go to the warlock class page and read up on pact magic.
Simply you get a maximum of 4 spell slots as a warlock and can only cast at a certain level.
Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
Quicksilver & The Scarlet Witch - A pair of magical firearms for your Gunslinger or Artificer.
