I tried to add Urd Wings feat to my Kobold Character but it says I do not meet the prerequisite of Kobold, any help?

You could try re-saving the entire feat. That might help and can’t hurt.

I have a theory though. Technically, there are no racial feats for Kobolds. They may have started adding other races besides the ones on the official list of races for feat prerequisites. However, just because they added Kobold, they may not have activated it. Or, what may have happened is when WotC errataed Kobolds to no longer have -2 Str, DDB didn’t actually change the Kobold race. What they did was Archive it and make a new version of the Kobold with the penalty. So that feat prerequisite may in fact only point to the OG Kobold race, and not the new one. And since nothing official actually uses that prerequisite, it’s likely a low priority.

A workaround: Home Section of the Character Builder >> Use Prerequisites >> Feats (Off/Left/Grey).

That will disable the prerequisites of Feats so that you can add it. Once added - you can go back and turn it on (the feat will not be removed).

Or to simply put Kobold into the description field for the prerequisite, but leave the “prerequisite type” and “prerequisite subtype” blank. It’ll give you a warning that the prerequisite will be unenforceable, but since it is already not working, you’ve got nothing really to lose.

Thanks for the help, turning off the prerequisite did in fact allow the feat to be added I was more trying to figure out why I should need to do that, your explanation seems reasonable.
