I have the free version of D&D beyond, and basically just use the character manager to record everything. I want to know if there is a way to keep track of spells USED on my character, like buff spells. Is that available when using character sheets specifically in a campaign on D&D Beyond, or is that not possible?
It is currently not possible to mark temporary effects on a character sheet. If you know you will be using an effect a lot, like you have a Bless-happy cleric in your campaign, or you're a Barbarian and want to track rage effects, the best thing to do is make a homebrew magic item that you can equip and unequip, to make those effects appear on your character sheet. But not all effects are easy or even possible to make and put on an item, so your luck may vary.
It's not. Homebrew isn't premium. Putting other peoples' homebrew into your homebrew collection requires a subscription, but I wouldn't be surprised if people tried to share their homebrew buffs they'd get taken down for infringing copyright. So having access to others' homebrew might not help at all.
