I consistently come up against this issue. I would like each filter to be markable as something that I don't want to show up instead of solely things that do. The Spells section allows you to say "only show me spells that don't have somatic components", but I'd also love to be able to say "I would like to see all Cleric spells that aren't on the Sorcerer's list" to help me manage my Divine Soul or Theurgist characters. If I could just click the filter and put a big red X next to it, that'd be great.
It'd also be useful for Magic Items filtering. Sure, you can specify "Consumable", but what if I want to see everything that isn't consumable?
What I consider perhaps the one that comes up the very most for me is Monster filtering. Let's say I want to see all the different humanoid races out there. Oh no, most of them are NPC stat blocks! I'm able to set a filter to only show me creatures tagged as NPCs, why can't I set that same filter to only show me ones that aren't?
This would save me a great amount of time as I peruse these sites and would put it head and shoulder above other resources.
Adding my voice to support this! For example, when I'm making a custom Warlock subclass, I'd like to be able to search for non-Warlock spells that I can add to the "expanded spell list" option.

I can't quite get the words to line up to express how much I want this.
