More of a bug report than anything, but in the race tab of the character builder, the “Psionic Mind” feature does not show up in the dropdown menu, despite being listed in the race description above the dropdown menu labeled under “Racial Traits.” it still appears on the character sheet and functions like normal there, so this is just a visual bug, but I wanted to report it nonetheless.

EDIT: turns out it is showing up in the background tab instead and is labeled "origin" idk why but I'm pretty sure its not supposed to be there

For mod/staff reference, it does not appear in the popup to confirm your race in the builder

Nor in the racial trait section

As a temporary fix you can create a copy of Gem Dragonborn and make sure that the fields are as follows for that trait
