Also, in the 2024 Player's Handbook, under Adventuring Gear, it still lists potion of healing as only restoring 2d4+2 hit points. Since Cure Wounds and Healing Word both increased in power, I had hoped that healing potions would be similarly effected. Can anyone tell us if this is/was an oversight, or if potions are a lot worse than they used to be when compared with healing spells?

Potions of Healing are now a bonus action to drink or administer and are therefore now comparable to Healing Word, which is 2d4 + mod.

I see it in the builder and the character sheet. Can you confirm it's still an issue?
When I go to add it to a character sheet I can only find the legacy base potion of healing. Additionally when I click the potion tag filter it removes the legacy one from the list (maybe since it's labeled as gear/legacy and/or not considered a magic item as well?).
If I toggle legacy off no results are found at all.
Also sent to the marketplace when clicking on the 50 GP link in the 2024 PHB compendium where as other links bring me to their expected item page.

Just making note of a small bug regarding Potion of Healing (2024). The item does not show up if searched in 'Add Item'.

Can confirm still an issue. Only the legacy version shows up on both my old Wizard/Fighter and a brand-new 2024-only character. Turning off the Legacy toggle turns off all healing potions.
Alright, please mention this in the official support thread. The team is actively watching that thread during work hours. It helps the team to have everything in one place.
indeed, it's also locked in the player's handbook 2024, somehow it's not part of the player's handbook or it doesn't have the right permissions as I see a little lock-sign next to it, and it links me to the "buy the handbook" page
I have gotten access to the 2024 potion of healing some time during today. I can see the tooltip properly now in the PHB 2024 and in the character creator
Update: The tooltip for potion of healing in the 2024 PHB is fixed and I can see it. On the character sheet I only see the Legacy potion of healing and the tooltip to the potion of healing in 2014 PHB is now broken instead, telling me I dont own the 2014 PHB.
Edit update: The tooltip in the 2024 PHB to the potion of healing now refers me to the 2024 Free rules instead of the one in the 2024 PHB, and thats why it works, I guess.
I've started a new 5.24 character and noticed that I'm missing the potion. I also realized that adamantine armor is no longer available. I understand they might be in the new 5.24 DMG, but I still can't find a way to access the 5.14 items.

Confirmed on my end as well, only legacy version shows up
I preordered my PHB2024 and am a master tier sub
Where are you guys/gals going to get access to the new sheets, its only showing 4 classes for me?

I have also experienced this issue.
Yes, same for me
Still same issue. As a coder I know it takes time to catch everything but figured I would also post.
date is 9/5/2024
Currently, I am also having this problem
That is very strange. Even in the mobile app (iOS), I'm seeing the 2024 version.
Ensure you have both the 2024 PHB and the Free Rules downloaded.
Regardless, I've passed this to the team to investigate.

I had this issue, it was because on the character settings i turned off Legacy. If you do that it wont look for the older books.
