Bring back a la carte. There are so many pages of people requesting it back, saying that they will NOT give another dime to the company until it returns. I've put in customer complaints and they only said they 'appreciate the suggestion' when I'm flat saying I'm not buying ANYTHING until it's back. DDB and WotC can get their minnows from us, with the occasional whale, or nothing at all. Even the one single community manager actually communicating with us has gone radio silent, the company MUST address this if they want to have any goodwill left.
There are only 2 things I would accept if individual purchases don't come back:
1. Packs only - you can still buy the specific group of items/options from a sourcebook. I.e. you cant' individually buy the Holy Symbol of Ravenkind from CoS, but you CAN get just the magic items pack instead of the full book.
2. Physical book purchases, regardless of where you buy, come with a one time use coupon to buy the digital copy for $10. I only buy from my FLGS, and alternate covers only can be bought that way. The customer will provide a proof of purchase to DDB support for older sources so they can give the discount. As well as all new books will come in shrink-wrapped so that they can include a one time use coupon code inside. Buying direct from DDB allows this bundle, but customers who want to support a local business get shafted. I always go for the alt cover so I'm especially screwed on the deal.
My friends have always joked that I'm like Sam Reigal in the fact I'm a walking DDB ad, now I tell people not to support BECAUSE of this change. Don't piss off your remaining fan base when you've been on thin ice since the OGL.
Marketplace: Make it easier to filter between content you own and content that has not yet been purchased. If I don't own it I want to know so I can buy it. If I do own it, I don't need to see it when looking for stuff to buy. I own 90+% of the content on dndbeyond and finding new products to purchase requires wading through pages and pages of stuff that is totally not relevant.
I would like to add custom languages. Be able to add my own worlds languages....
Configure the list of languages available in a Campaign.
This...and a whole lot of other stuff related to Campaign management that people (including myself) have suggested in this forum. DM tools are lacking (yes there is Encounter builder which will be so much better when you can call up pre-populated but editable encounters from source material and integrated with maps). Heard some rumblings about access to rollable tables in the VTT too...great. Other VTT's already have this. But an integrated set of campaign management tools would be a strategic advantage (and long overdue IMO).
Why can't I create a new standard mundane non-magical item for my players to add to their inventory? For example, socks. Or a spider silk rope. Or a cane. So simple!
Digital dice jail. Something I can throw them in when the dice misbehave on rolls, like a cage I can grab and shake around to let the dice know I'm disappointed in it.

You have to smack your computer on the side whenever that happens... it's the one generating the rolls. If you're on mobile, drop your phone onto a flat, hard surface, but only from a few inches up.
You can do that. Go to Inventory, manage inventory and create custom item.
This is a good suggestion for a workaround for players to create their own items. It, unfortunately, doesn't answer Schoobs's question of how a DM can create items for the players to choose from. "Why can't I create a new standard mundane non-magical item for my players to add to their inventory?"
This has always been an issue on DDB and there are several threads here and on the dev forums dedicated to this.
I agree it would be nice to have that at character creation. I would also like to have custom languages I can have at creation as well, instead of adding them one by one later.
Can we please have a filter on the Encounter Builder to filter out unowned sources? It makes navigating the potential creatures much more difficult than it needs to be.

Being able to assign Homebrew to folders/camapigns so you don’t have to scroll through the endless archives of Homebrew that you have.
Also I want you to bring back digital dice in the shop.nvm found them. They was hiding from me.

Would like for maps to come with default token load outs. It would save me hours of prep Time.

Careful there, they may just take away home brew as well. but yes, they need to bring back a la carte.
