How does the DM or Player reduce or increase their stats temporarily?
Example: If as a DM my characters are fighting an Intellect Devourer and a players Int is reduced because of:
Devour Intellect. The intellect devourer targets one creature it can see within 10 feet of it that has a brain. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Intelligence saving throw against this magic or take 11 (2d10) psychic damage. Also on a failure, roll 3d6: If the total equals or exceeds the target’s Intelligence score, that score is reduced to 0. The target is stunned until it regains at least one point of Intelligence.
How can something like that be show on the character sheet?
Another thing I noticed is that you have to refresh to see changes on a character sheet. As you are playing it would be nice for changes to be reflected to the DM/Player.
Example if DM damages players and reduces the int by 5 how would that be noted?
Finally it would be nice to show the DC near the top of a characters sheet. I know it shows the DC if you have a spell that requires it but just as a generic thing to easily reference if you don't have a spell that requires a DC would be nice to see.
Is there any way to indicate which spell a spell scroll contains? Right now they're just listed by spell level, but it would be good to know what the scroll does.
I'm sure it's been asked before, but could the animation of the character in the character sheet go away altogether. On iOS, any amount of vertical scrolling causes the important AC, speed, health info to disappear, and you have to wait for the animation for the info to come back. Either fix the header to the potion of the page and let the rest of the character sheet scroll underneath it, or let the top info remain regardless of scroll position and never disappear.
I've tried searching and can't find anything regarding character sheets exporting a blank character sheet with no character information. On iPad, current iOS, using Safari.

The issue is iOS not being compatible with form-fillable PDFs.

I have the same issue, and no real access to a PC. Will this be fixed?

That's a question to ask Apple. If you have a Mac, it should work fine there; to my knowledge it's just iOS (iPhone, iPad). I recall some saying they got it to work on iOS by using Adobe Acrobat instead of Safari; however, others said that still didn't work. I don't have an iOS device myself, so I don't know why some were successful and others weren't. Hopefully, if you don't have access to another devise, someone that figured it out will walk you through the necessary workaround.

The Dropbox app on iOS will also display the pdf correctly.
GoodReader will not.
Maybe we should ask the mods to start a FAQ or something somewhere so we could list apps that will render the pdfs correctly on iOS?
For others with this problem, DrossPendatic is correct, it's an Apple/iOS issue, not a DDB problem: I run into the same issue with form fillable pdfs from other sources.

They could also fix by giving the choice to export as either form fillable or a flat file.

You can use form-fillable PDFs with an Ipad with Adobe Acrobat. After tapping export and while it's loading the pdf you must tap "open in" on the bottom right of the screen and select adobe acrobat. It will load with the fields all filled and you will be able to edit them and even choose night mode to view it. I did notice though that tapping on the character appearance field does nothing and does not let you browse an image file as it does with other devices. Also I had to update my Ipad to be able to install adobe acrobat from the app store. I hope this helps.
When rolling a 3rd level Rogue Assassin, I chose the charlatan background and the Disguise kit was not available from the drop down list in the background. At first I thought this may be because the Assassin gets that proficiency for free at level 3, but they also get the poisoner's kit which is still visible on the list.
Also, the backgrounds don't seem to add the items that the backgrounds automatically start with from the PHB. This would be nice.
Additionally, I'm running a Curse of Strahd campaign. Several of the items used within that are mundane aren't in the item compendium here. The monster hunter's kit from the Player material section isn't available, and stakes are not an item. I looked into the homebrew options, but there's not an ability to make a mundane item, only magical ones. I presume that this is because I can just add them to the possessions tab, but it's disappointing this functionality isn't there. I have the same feeling about handouts in the campaign and other such VTT functionality which I hope are coming down the line.

This did not work for me. I tried multiple time and a get a message "this document can not be opened as the file is corrupted or damage".
I was using an iPad Air that is up to date and the Adobe app is also up to date.
Really like the character builder - very robust, intuitive and fast. Just want to add my agreement with the others who have said Attributes should be step 2 instead of three. In particular, it's kind awkward when creating higher level characters to be picking Attribute increases as a class feature when you don't even know what your attibute scores.
Also, it skill selections are often done in conjunction or after background choice, since there is sometimes overlap between skills granted by class and those granted by background (for example, you may not want to commit a skill choice granted by your class if you can also get it from your background. It may make sense to move skill selections to later in the process somehow.
Awesome tool - thank you!
After leveling up a test character just to check out the process, I wonder if it wouldn't be better to have the class features as step 2, but you only choose which attributes are increased when you continue to the attributes in step 3. I like the ability to choose which class before setting your attributes (because your attributes are almost always chosen according to what class you want to be), and I also agree you need to know what those attributes are before choosing which to increase. With separating the choice of attribute or feat from the increasing of the attributes themselves, I think you get the best of both worlds.

I was getting the same thing on my Samsung Android phone until I used Google PDF reader. Unfortunately I don't think that app is available for IOS. My Ipad is an older Ipad 2 so I have not tried it on an Ipad Air. Do any of the other apps people mentioned in this thread work for you?
It'd be nice to have something like the spells dialogue for classes like the Battlemaster Fighter. I'd like to be able to see all my superiority dice options without having to dive down into a menu.

Attuned items dont apply attuned benefits. Good example is attuned weapons dont add any additional to hit or damage bonus.
Hazirawn is a good example 2d6+1 goes to 2d6+2+2d6 necrotic. Only the original none attuned to hit and damage is listed.
