Yeah, its stat block in the monster manual doesn't even split younger and older versions. So removing the younger spells from the older stats is strictly a DDB decision and needs to be corrected.
As an aside, it's weird how this dragon is somehow considered twice as deadly the moment it learns suggestion.

Blood Frenzy. The quipper has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
