As I've been working my way through TOA, I've been running across features I'd like to see in this an any adventure. I've also seen some other requests in the forums. So I thought I'd start a thread, with the idea that it might be worth turning into a mega thread.
Here are the suggestions I have or I can remember seeing so far:
-Deepen the outline structure, so that we can drill down further. For example, in TOA chapter 1, "City Denizens" opens up to let you see Volo and "Merchant Princes" but you can't go another step and open up Merchant Princes to see a list of the individual Princes.
-interactive maps, that let you click on a number in the map and be taken to the appropriate write up
-when the text says things link "see map 1.1," make the reference a link
-indexes of tables and maps
-the ability to restrict a search to a given adventure
As a sidenote: I'm loving having access to TOA on DDB, and appreciate the great work done already. One side affect of the good work you folks have done already is it whets our appetite for even more greatness.
Yah, I've made most of the same suggestions. More links is definitely needed in all the sources. It's the easiest to implement as well. Pretty much any time the text references anything elsewhere, there should be a link for it. I'd say they could add about another 20% of links to almost every source.
Interactive maps would be fantastic. A tooltip on map locations would be OMG amazing.
In-source/restricted source searching is coming. I've harped on that a dozen times on the forums. So badly needed. I'd also like to see the entire index/contents be available in every chapter. Having a separate page for it and chapter-only sidebars is awkward.
And here's another: When an encounter table (or really any kind of table) is followed by write-ups providing more detail to the encounter (or entry in the table), the entries in the table should link to those writeups. For example, the "rare plants" entry on the Wilderness Encounters table (appendix B of TOA) should link to the "rare plants" write up that follows the table.

Oddly, there are anchors in the document that don't get used as links in the links list on the left of the chapters.
If I'm looking at the Monsters and NPCs chapter, the links on the left are grouped into clumps of several letters, which means you need to click to the clump with the monster or NPC you're looking for, then scroll. I hate the idea of my players sitting there watching me scroll.

I’d like to see a customisable combat encounter manager that can be linked to each encounter in the adventure modules.
+1 on this.

Yes, please, to all of these.
