Do i need to buy the XGE ? because i just bough the hexblade class for 1,99 $ withough buying the whole content so i got everything but there is no wrathul smite ?

No. Wrathful Smite was printed in the Player's Handbook. It is not available for selection unless you have purchased the Player's Handbook.
