l'm makeing a magic item, and l want to give it spells, but l want these spells to be at will, 1-2 per short rest, and 1 per long rest, but l cant with the way the current set up is (that l know of). l wan to add spells like you can when makeing a feat give spells.
also, lt would be great if you could allow homebrew magic items to get the option to grant homebrew feats, but l wont hold my breath on that one. (though, l guess that if you chouse the "chouse a feat" option, homebrew ones can be selected?)
And special extra class features, eg. ones similar to the ones in Tasha
This can already be done, but you have to just make a copy of the class you want to have access to them
You can copy a class? I am unaware of how to do that in DnD Beyond. Pray, tell me more.
Sorry should have written subclass. But when you go to the "Create a subclass" button, you can select from existing subclasses as the base. and it will have all the features already in there that the subclass would have. You can then add on your own OCF to it for your player. Of course they will only show up for that copy of the subclass so it isn't available to all but atleast you can do it on a character by character basis.
Maybe you should make your own request form, rather then hijack mine? This was about homebrew items, not classes (that said, l also think homebrew classes should be a thing, but its unlikely to ever happen, cause WotC is incharge of that, and they dont seem to want to allow it)

Play nice. Youse do know there is an official thread for these requests, right?
