From the queen-prince relationship, "Prince" is (as far as I can tell) a royal male who's not the king, more or less. So in the UK we have queen elizabeth and Prince phillip, who are married. He's not the king. So the demogorgon could be Zuggtmoy's husband?

Demons are not born, they're created.  According to the classic D&D cosmology which spawned Demogorgon and Zuggtmoy, all fiends are the souls of mortals that choose Evil in life (Lawful for devils, Chaotic, for demons) and fell into Hell/the Abyss upon their deaths.  They become cannon fodder-level fiends, but as fiends age and jockey for power, someone eventually wins and cements their position enough to, as Lath and Texas said, proclaim themselves Demon Lords and force other demons to accept it.  No demon ever bears any bond of blood with another demon, unless your DM changes the rules of Hell/the Abyss specifically to allow it.  "Family" is a foreign concept to these creatures, save as a means of targeting mortal fears.

 You overstate the consistency of D&D cosmology. I'm not sure there's canonical examples of children where both parents are demons, but there's certainly Cambions.

To be fair, I tried to be freewheeling and light and got yelled at for it.  So I gave the boring over-technical answer instead.

He wants Demogorgon to be Zuggtmoy's unholy demonspawn?  He can go for it.  Who're we to stop him?  Me, I like the version where Demogorgon is his own grandpa.  Because that's just how Hell/Abyss works.
