Several dragonlance-themed additions such as races and feats appear in the D&D product. It might have taken a few years after the OP's question, but we do indeed have kender now.

As far as I know, Irda were only published in 2.5. They were not published in 3/3.5e nor 4e and have not been published for 5e (yet).
However, Wizards announced in April that a Dragonlance book was coming later this year: https://twitter.com/Wizards_DnD/status/1517180852148457478
So time will tell if they are in the book or not.
