I just bought the little Grung package but it isn't showing up in the character creator. Is there something I need to do first or does it not work that way?

Still nothing, I really wanted to make one too lol. Is there a way to submit a ticket or something on this site?
Then IDK what's wrong,you can report it on bugs and feedback,helps get fixes too.
In the character builder, on the home page, make sure that “non core” is turned on (to the right, red).
