When you go into the character creator, on the Home section, you can click the picture then the first option is to upload an image. Then click the button to apply.
When I do this, nothing changes the Character Sheet PDF Character Appearance section.
That is left blank intentionally so you can edit a full image or text description.

Am I missing something? I can change frame or background but I can't insert a pic?

It's not easy to find - I am hopeful this changes with the character sheet overhaul!

is it possible to add an image to teh character sheet appearance section? It would be nice if it held it on dndbeyond for when changes get made. :)
