I am playing a Glamour Bard and we are having a great time as we are in the underdark, and i totally don't fit there but that's what makes it even more fun. My bard is fey-touched, and Nathair's Mischief was just a perfect spell theme-wise for my guy.
I have used the spell a few times, but now want more. The d4 makes it that you always see the same effects, and i'm looking for more ideas.. to maybe make it a D8, or even a D10. Now don't get me wrong, i don't want to re-write the spell with mechanic effects that are different, but rather thematic effects that are different, and would totally fit in terms of feys.
Instead of flowers, molasses, and apple pie, i want other ideas thematically that would produce the same effects.
I can think of a few myself, but i know that people on here sometimes have great ideas that i wouldn't have thought of. :)
- Time is dilated within the cube, slowing and speeding up as it might in the Feywild. Any creature that starts its turn in the cube must reroll its Initiative. If it is higher than the current Initiative, the creature may act immediately. If it is lower than the current initiative, it must wait until its new initiative number before acting.

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!

Keep in mind the existing effects are roundly negative, so you're expected to be throwing this at a group of enemies. Letting them act immediately or gain full cover introduces a kind of "backfire effect" that is not currently a feature of the spell.
At any rate, OP is asking for alternate descriptions for existing mechanics, not new mechanics.
These could vary a lot based on your audience really. The blind effect could be anything from a dazzling rainbow to a lecherous leprechaun flashing his "pot o' gold."
