One of my players is playing a Haregon Cleric, and asked..."If humans use a rabbits foot for luck, what would a Haregon use??"
I suggested a Gnome foot!
What would you suggest?
Does it have to be a foot? Less macabre: a four leaf clover or a horseshoe.
The humour was meant to be that, if us humans have lucky rabbit feet, what does a rabbit creature use? It wasn't a serious question.
One of the other players came up with a human big toe on a chain.
Elmer Fudd’s big toe, specifically.
Or a duck’s foot.
Pretty sure it's still Rabbit Season.

Given the history of why rabbits feet are considered lucky, the best D&D equivalent for a harengon might be some body part of a hag

I think you should consider the rabbit's foot taken off of a human who used to own it...ahem...
"This is Gamma Harefoot's foot, taken from the human that used to own it..."
Or a fox's tail or foot, maybe?

That’s interesting. I was once told by a trapper that in order to be considered a “lucky” rabbit’s foot it had to be a foot round in a snare without the rabbit. It wasn’t that it was a lucky foot of a rabbit, but the foot of a lucky rabbit, lucky enough to have gotten away only loosing a foot. That same person told me it was considered unlucky to kill a three footed rabbit because of that.

A three foot rabbit would likely be a Harrengon Halfing combination that can only be approached via homebrew.

Harengon can be either small or medium, right? Seems like a 3 foot character fits right in that range...

How about a 50 lb cannon ball
