There are a handful of really interesting modules that I'd like to port over, most specifically Birthright, Spelljammer, and Diablo 2. Does anyone know offhand if any such attempts have already https://1921681001.id/https://19216811.cam/ been made or, failing that, advice on how to reimagine monsters and abilities and such?
If you can find old issues of Dungeon magazine from the 4E era, they definitely had some articles converting some Spelljammer stuff. Not sure they did Birthright beyond a general “here’s some suggestions” article, and they certainly didn’t cover stuff they didn’t have licenses to, like Diablo. (Pretty sure the Diablo D&D book was for third edition, though.)
More generally though, mostly the things you need to convert are monsters, and finding a creature of a similar type, size and CR with similar abilities is a great start; that’s particular easy with Diablo stuff since it’s mostly demons and the undead, and there are plenty of options there in 4E across the multiple Monster Manuals and other books.

Your best bet for an answer for that is on a more general D&D Forum, like EN World or Giant in the Playground. This website is mainly for 5e content.
Plus you probably want to be in the Rules and Game Mechanics or General Discussion subforums, not the website feedback one.

Sometimes you can find conversions on DMsGuild, but not sure they have them for 4e. Worth a shot.
Goodman games has updated some classic modules. Do r know about settings, though.
