So I'm still relatively new to actually using the forum to create threads and such, and after looking around I haven't found an (obvious) spot to discuss multiclass builds. Should it be done here in General Discussion, in one of the Class threads (like f.e. if it's a sorcerer warlock multiclass, does it go in Sorcerer/Warlock?) or somewhere else?

You can discuss multiclassing for specific classes in the class forums. General multiclassing can go in either Tips & Tactics or Rules & Mechanics, depending on whether you're talking about optimizing or multiclassing rules.
