Could make a decent melee Ranger or Cleric. Possibly Barbarian or Fighter, though ideally you’d want to shift the WIS focus to CON there, but I think this is still a serviceable spread. Got the WIS for Druid as well, though the STR won’t see a ton of use then.
Fighter or Cleric, preferably a Cleric subclass with Heavy Armor proficiency unless you intend to invest more in Dex. You have a lot of odd numbered stats so half-feats offer a lot of value.
You have a minimum of +1 to every stat, so the world is your oyster if you have the option to move them around.
You've got all the strength you need, decent con\dex for saving throws, and even a little charisma for intimidation but the real key is the wisdom.
Insight, Survival, Perception all seem like really good "lone warrior" type skills. You probably aren't running around staring down people into submission, but you also aren't getting ambushed without a serious fight. Additionally at 7th level you get Elegant courtier which allows you to add your Wisdom to Persuasion checks, and proficiency in Wisdom saving throws.
Gonna dogpile the majority so far and cast my stone to Cleric, one that has heavy armour prof like Life, War or Death.
Not best con, really, so I'd definitely consider Life, personally.

The CON isn’t optimal, but with all the odd numbers it’s easy to boost two mods at once or take a half feat to get it up there, and it’s still decent for frontlining with heavy armor and a shield
If you want to multiclass at any point in the first four levels, don't be a Ranger - you can't if your Dex is below 13, which it is. It would also mean that your ASI would have to be for Dex, which is less than ideal if you want to go into, say, a Wizard or something.
Personally, I'd be tempted to go for a MAD build. You should be alright at it with scores like those.

Hey
What class would fit best with these stats?
Str-15
Int-13
Wis-15
Dex-12
Con-13
Chr-13

I'd agree with ace of rogues and say cleric with a domain that uses heavy armor or melee ranger. If I squint, I can see a monk.
And all those odd-numbered stats make a good case for a human, not a vhuman, just a straight up human.
decent stats for any class. Once you choose a class then select a species that will give you a bonus in the main stat.
Or use Tasha’s stat rules so you can put them where you want
It'd make a great Samurai fighter

Optimisation-wise, I would either make a Cleric or a Strength-based Ranger.
Honestly all of those ability scores are decent. Just play whatever lineage/class/background you find appealing.
