Max to Dex because that will control your ability to sneak, Sleight of Hand, your AC and your attacks.
Secondary to Wis so you can perceive things like traps, enemies and so forth.
Third strongest to Int so you can solve problems, figure out traps, cast spells if you decide to be an Arcane Trickster and so forth.
Fourth is Con so you can survive a couple of hits. The idea is not to get hit, but you will occasionally.
Fifth is Cha, you shouldn't need to be face, so this isn't too important.
Lastly Str, which is only useful for hauling gold, really.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
I would move that +1 from Wis to Int. Having a 15 in Wis is no better than having a 14, and having a 13 in Int is no better than having a 12. But if you move on hat ASI you got two 14s.
In general WIS, INT, and CHA are pretty interchangeable for a Rogue, based on how you want to play them/what skills you plan to take. Rogues are quite capable of being a party's face, just depends what skills you want and where you plan to put the Expertise bonuses.

I'm not sure the overall direction, but it will probably be Assassin.
15 to Dex (+1 ASI)
14 to Wis (+1 ASI)
13 to Int
12 to Con
10 to Cha
8 to Star.
