I've been thinking of buying the sourcebook bundle, but I also want to get the new book (Eberron: Rising from the Last War). I'm wondering what would be the best way to do this.
I'm assuming the sourcebook bundle doesn't come with a pre-order for the new book, so: 1. Should I just buy them together? 2. Should I buy the sourcebook bundle then buy the Eberron book either now or on release? (since you seem to get a 10% discount on future purchases after buying the bundle) 3. Should I wait for the Eberron book to release, then buy the sourcebook bundle?
I'm not sure exactly how it would work, so I would love some guidance!
Now that RftLW has been released, and considering all the hubbub with the overlap between it and Wayfinder's, I was a little surprised to find that Wayfinder's is still for sale and in the sourcebook bundle. I thought that really the only difference at this point was in compendium content. If someone has neither book and buys the bundle, are they actually getting anything different with the two purchases, or is $19.99 of that content being paid for twice?

As far as I can tell, only their descriptions and details on Sharn are any different. So 1 chapter.
Everything else is either the same or ERftLW has the same info plus extra.

If you intend to own all of the sourcebooks, the earlier you buy the bundle, the more you will save.
So buy the bundle now, then buy the eberron book with the 10% off that it gives you.

Notably, the bundle discount on future books stacks with coupon discounts, but there has not been a sourcebook bundle coupon yet.
Discount coupons circle around every once in a while. If you're patient, you will eventually buy everything with no less than 20% discount.
The Google Chrome extension "Honey" semi-automates the process of finding and applying the coupons (Not affiliated).
