Does anyone see a reason a rouge could not join the Emerald Enclave Faction? I know it says mostly barbarians, druids, and rangers. But, it does not explicitly exclude any classes. I do see it mostly focuses on neutral alignments.
Yes, as long as the character fits with "A character must demonstrate an interest in protecting nature or the natural order to join the Emerald Enclave."
A scout rogue would be the best fit, but (almost) any combination of stuff would be just fine.
I am legit playing a scout rogue, which is basically a non magical skill based based ranger rather a martial half caster. Long as the rogue is playing in a way that doesn't go against the faction I see no reason why they can't... but if their rogue is, the harpers is always a good option.

Yes! I could imagine a Robin-Hood-esque rogue (aesthetically, an actual rob-from-the-rich rogue would fit better with the Harpers) fitting in great.
