The Polearm Master feat allows the character to take a bonus action to attack with the other side of a halberd, glaive or Quarterstaff after an attack from that weapon has been made.
Hexblade can use their Charismas modifier to add to there attack (taking pact of the blade allows two handed weapons to use Charisma).
Im not sure if intentional or not but the bonus attack action does not use the Charisma modifier. I can not find the way to make the "weapon" part of the pact weapon / Hexblade.
Edit: I just notice there was a rulings forum. How do I move this there?
I thought the weapon needed to be finesse to be pact weapon?
It does not. Hex weapon (with pact of the blade) is restricted to non "two-handed" weapons (versatile is allowed). Pact of the Blade allows any weapon to be a hex weapon .
Just customize the Bonus Action Attack tab to add in the amount of hit and damage you are missing. Add a note that you are applying Hex weapon bonuses.

You cannot move a thread, you can only “report” it as being in the wrong forum and hope the Mods see fit to move it.
This is in fact the correct forum for this as this is not a rules concern, but a technical limitation of DDB‘a software.
The coding for the feat generates a generic Bonus Action Attack because the feat has no way of knowing what kind of weapon you are actually using, nor if the attack should be modified by anything else on the character sheet such as class, race, or other feats. Basically, the program isn’t (currently) capable of taking the action granted by the feat, and the modifiers granted by by your class features and putting them together. The feat has no way of pulling the necessary information to automatically encode that attack.
Just customize the Bonus Action Attack tab to add in the amount of hit and damage you are missing. Add a note that you are applying Hex weapon bonuses.
This is the workaround that the Devs programmed into the character sheet to solve issue just like this one.
Click on the weapon on the character sheet. When the weapon window opens, there are check boxes pact weapon and hex weapon. Once those are checked, the appropriate modifiers will be displayed.

That is not the issue this case. As I explained, the action in question is generated by the feat, and the feat has now way to track which weapon is being used. So the action generated by the feat can not possibly use the Hex Weapon benefits. At least, not with the limitations of the current software, which is being upgraded, so that may change at some undetermined pony in future.
It’s an issue with the way that attack is displayed on the character sheet. You will notice that that attack stays no matter what weapon you equip. It stays there if you equip a Greatsword. It also doesn’t take into account the bonus damage from the dueling fighting style if you are one handing a spear as a fighter etc. If you want, you can add an extra dagger, mark it as a pact/hex weapon, and customize the name to something like “PAM attack.”
I've just stumbled upon this same issue with one of my players, so I assume there has not yet been an update to this feat. It is using as default his strength modifier instead of Charisma.
