The Big Show is billed between 7 feet and 7’2” in height, and between 380-500 lbs. I would suspect closer to 380-400 would be appropriate for your character, as TBS was rather “portly” at his heaviest, and I think the “500 lbs” was an exaggeration even at his heaviest.
You can extrapolate from the height and weight chart -- it doesn't let you make a half-orc 7'2", but using the basic principle, the minimum weight would be 196 lbs, the max would be 476, and the average 336.
