"Prestidigitation" or "Thaumaturgy" for shenanigans...Prestidigitation probably wins out for sheer delights and convenience (keeps food hot & cold, too...useful!).
"Thaumaturgy" is pretty good for putting the fear in people.
As for the second cantrip...toss up between "Mage Hand" or "Vicious Mockery"...Mage Hand is just so convenient for when you you really need it...
...but Vicious Mockery let's you get away with murder.
No mess to clean up..****y humiliation & sweet revenge.
...eh. Mage Hand. Let's keep it classy.
As for Level 1 spells...huh...
..."Feather Fall" might save your life one day...and I like the practical applications of "Inflict Wounds" or "Hellish Rebuke"...
...but you can't beat "Find Familiar".
An instant friend when you need them most, who can be a small animal, with which you can perceive through their senses?
Food that takes 6 seconds to make, and feeds you for a day. That would save quite some time, because you don't need to worry about meals or preparation. And if you really needed to, you could feed 9 other people as well.
Guidance because you can help people or yourself with thinking, or similar things.
I think goodberry for the leveled spell, and guidance and [spell]mending[/mending]

Mending just because breaking things aren't fun
Should take Prestidigitation to go with the Goodberry, so that you can change up the flavour at least.

It's not actually possible to get Prestidigitation and Goodberry together from the Magic Initiate feat. When you take the feat all choices must come from the same spell list but no official spell list has both Prestidigitation (Artificer, Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard) and Goodberry (Druid, Ranger).

Wizard: Prestidigitation because of course, fire bolt because shooting fire out of you hands it awesome, and I was going to go with find familiar but am now torn between comprehend languages and feather fall. Who doesn't want to skydive without a parachute.
If you feel the need to choose an attack cantrip, I think fire bolt is the right choice. I may be mistaken, but I think it's the only one that can target objects and not just creatures.
For my cantrip choices I would definitely choose prestidigitation and either mending, minor Illusion, or mold earth. Prestidigitation has so many uses, but in particular cleaning/soiling would be great. I think it largely obviates any desire I have for unseen servant. When I can just stack my dishes back on the shelf and clean them all in under a minute, the usefulness of an unseen servant is greatly reduced.
For the 1st-level spell there are so many great choices. The spells on my short list are: alarm, catapult, command, comprehend languages, disguise self, expeditious retreat, feather fall, find familiar, jump, sleep, speak with animals. Of those, sleep or disguise self may be the ones for me. Knocking out kids/myself/unlikely possible assailants sounds great. So does a perfect disguise that lasts an hour. I'm not sure what if use it for, but who knows.

A tiefling could have both, sadly none of us are though. Edit: nevermind I was thinking of thaumaturgy.

It wouldn’t change it, just make it taste more.

For me it would have to be Druidcraft, Guidance and Goodberry.
