Will there be an opportunity to beta test the streaming feature, or will it only be available during final release?
Will there be a map and mini system that streaming tables can flip to during play?

As for your questions:
Phase 3 of the beta testing is going to be campaign management and homebrew. Though we haven't been given the details on what, exactly, that encompasses, it would be that phase that you can expect to beta test stream integration. But DDB staff has said on multiple occasions that a lot of the campaign management tools will be released after the official release of the tools. Those specified as not being in the initial release have been Initiative tracker and encounter generator. This is actually the first reveal of the stream integration, so I am as curious as you are where it fits in the release schedule. :)
Staff has said previously that they are not trying to make a VTT and are not trying to replace existing VTTs; however, they have been working with Roll20 and Fantasygrounds and have a lot of integration plans with those platforms.
Phase 3 can not come soon enough! I personally will be using the D&D Beyond Beta now that the Streaming Service has been announced. It was a definite turning point in my interest in the Beta. I will remain curious as to how above-mentioned VTT integration will take place with the D&D Beyond experience.

I thought it was so cool when D&D Beyond was shown off with the Dice, Camera, Action Crew and I think that those capabilities- to set up a session that way and see everyone's character information and manage our campaigns has solidified it- unless the pricing stuff is ridiculous, I'm probably on board for DND Beyond.
This will be very interesting to see when they get it into the package seeing that I either play on Roll20 or play by post due to my location and health issues. Besides, some of my friends move as much as I used to! ;) If it wasn't for the internet and ways to connect over it, I probably would have had a longer hiatus away from D&D than I did have.

But... can we get to phase 2 now :) And then on to phase 3? As awesome as this looks, doesn't help me one bit at the table.. although, as incredible as this is, maybe I can talk my players into letting me stick a webcam in front of each of them just so we can stream it!

Forgive me if this has been asked/answered somewhere else, but, does anyone know the geography of Chult, specifically, and FR, generally, for 5e? Is Chult an island like in 4e? Or is FR back to a pre-spell-plague topography?

I've seen both era's used by DMs so depending on the time they want the game to occur in, they go with the matching geography and history. That is the cool thing about being a DM. We have rules but we can chose the worlds we want players to experience in our games.

Well this is definitely going to make me watch on Twitch instead of waiting till Youtube rebroadcasts... Looks pretty sweet. I hope there is good integration with Roll20.
This looks so exciting! There's a bunch of people I struggle to play with because of everyone's busy schedules. This looks like it will make that so much easier to deal with in a way that surpasses sites like Roll20 (as much as I adore Roll20, that is!).
