Cerlinde says “I think you may have them- Falben, we will need to get you a bow worthy of them. I believe the cave is only a small shelter, I didn’t see anything beyond or any hidden doors.”
Cyrasil scans the local area, when his focus is interrupted by Cerlinde's query. Yes I am well versed with a bow. You say they are magical? Says he without paying too much attention to the conversation, while he tries to refocus back on the surrounding area and possible kobolds.
These are not so much "caves" as craveses, cracks in the rock walls on either side of the pass, widened over time by rain. They get smaller and twistier the further in you go. The one the Kobolds were using was wider and deeper than most. It looks like they've been storing supplies here for a while. There may have been small animals living in there but the Kobolds have gotten rid of them (probably ate them).
Nilvén had been thinking about the opportunity to interrogate the Kobolds that had attacked them earlier, what happened to the sleeping Kobolds? Were they restrained together to be imprisoned later?
(OOC to be honest I don't remember. I'll let you decide now. If you want to have tied them up, they are still there. If not, the vanished as soon as your backs were turned. If they are tied up, they don't speak Common (or at least pretend not to)).
The monks had decided to check out the Hunters' Trap which was set up near their temporary camp. "Cerlinde, show me the location on your map from where we have rescued Falben, as well as the place where we spent the night for camping." "Is there anyone else who might want to return to the crevice? I swear it will be a quick visit."
Anyone want to go with her? Wait there till she get's back? Move on and hope she catches up?
For Cerlinde
Your owl (may have missed it. Does he/she have a name?) is still scouting up ahead, keeping an eye on the Kobold who is keeping an eye on the party. Suddelny confusion, distress, panic, more confusion. Your owl is down. Mostly just stunned.
Cerlinde helps with showing the locations on her map, and agrees to wait where we are till she gets back (it was the cave an hour south right?).
(I think we still have the kobolds tied up- unless someone did them in. We would not have let them escape))
While she is waiting, her owl, Rin, is watching the kobold who waits for the group.
suddenly Cerlinde reels in pain- “my owl, Rin, has been attacked I think”. She says in horror to those that are around. “Will you come with me to save her- it may be dangerous..”
so cyrasil. wanna toss for the bracers? we are the only ones with a use for them. Falben turned to the bound kobolds. do you speak common? tir wux renthisj Vs'shtak?

oh no! i can come help but it might be best for me and one other to stay and interrogate the kobolds and everyone else hurry to save rin
This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

Nilvén will cast Levitate on the stunned owl before she falls to her death, thus she's saving Rin by keeping her aloft few feet above the ground. A small leather loop adorns her right index finger when she aims it at the owl and makes invisible signs..... two vertical lines intersected by a third horizontal line. "Thlu"- she has voiced out her wish in celestial by commanding it to rise overhead.
"Cerlinde, do you want me to set her on the ground so that you can check out her condition? Or should I keep her suspended there for awhile?"
Cerlinde smiles at Nilvén, says “thank you for saving her, lowering her to the ground would be fine. Let’s see what happened, ”- and she looks around for the kobold or whatever attacked the owl.
Nilvén attempts to change the owls altitude by lowering her closer to the ground, waving her hands as a part of somatic movement so that she remains within the spell's range.
"Poor little Rin! Whoever attacked her must be a feeble-minded devil who's scared to fight face-to-face combats."
falben still speaking to the kobolds oaded his crossbow and asked svaust ui dout maekrix? svaklar tir wux waph? svabol re wux tirir tenpiswo?
who is your leader? where do you live? what are you doing here?

As you speak to them, they look to you, then to each other, seemingly not comprehending anything you're saying.
Nilvén will cast Levitate on the stunned owl before she falls to her death
Rin was flying around the north end of the pass, just as it clears the ridge, near a stand of trees about 60 feet away. You spot her just in time to use levitate to catch her before she hit the ground. You lower her to the ground and she seems safe now, but you don't see her attacker.
so cyrasil. wanna toss for the bracers? we are the only ones with a use for them.
Lets focus on the important things now and split the treasures when we have some free time. Right now, we have more important things that need our attention. With that, Cyrasil joins Cerlinde in her search for Rin and its attacker.

Brin moves out to aid those with the owl. He would have fire at his fingertips, looking for what might have happened to the owl.
I hear Falben speaking to the kobolds on the bridge and run over "What are you saying? What language are you even speaking?"
