If you'd like the thread title changed, the OP chsnged, or any other changes, I'll be happy to accommodate.
Resetting everyone to level three is probably the right line of thinking. Maybe rather bump everyone below three up, and grant each one tier-1 prize and possibly an uncommon of the players choice.
What ever route you take you might want to either post an update in the main thread or start a new thread. "Coliseum of Conquest - Under New Management." I can add links in the OP.
Having everyone the same level doesn't really help because then everyone could fight everyone else. Plus people of low level wouldn't mind as much, they don't lose much... people of high level that spent a lot of time getting there will feel it more.
There will be a transition period and like always people will have to have patience, but the leveling method of if you win you advance a level and a loss is about half a level, so that if you lose twice you still advance, ensures that with enough members advancing levels will take care of itself.
We probably lost many members but by keeping the recruiting open eventually we will fill back up with newer players.
Perhaps explaining to newer players how the quick advance system works will encourage them to remain with the thread but again I feel it comes down to having the patience to wait for a fight of your level.
In the meantime maybe some fights against monsters... players of several levels, like 4, 5, and 6 could fight together against a common threat.
(In any case I think we need a new campaign link because the current one is full.)

Horatio Hirschfeld - Squire imbued with fae powers, in the Coliseum of Conquest (W2/L1) DM for Reavers of Harkenwold, and sometimes The Fighting Grounds of the Coliseum
You tell me! I came for fights! Where's the ring? Magic too strong? You ok? What be you name? Me Bad fire, bad chieftan, lts fire...
This small goblin before Ashiera noticably has burn marks across his body, like a spray of paint but of charred skin that may never gain its color back from the crispy looking blackness across half of his head, leaving but a rim at the base of the ear and a burned hole at the center underneath his scraggly feathered headdress, obviously also damaged, along with the leather and bone clothing he wears, though sparse.
As he speaks, he looses himself in thought..
Yes! Bad chieftan, lots fire! Thats what they all say anyway. Still chieftan though.
he cackles to himself wildly, then offers Ashiera a hand, (right hand, specifically) and you notice the same charred coloration, which overtakes his pinky finger completely to the knuckle thats just a nub, and a ring finger burned off as well to the lower knuckle.
Is anyone seriously injured ? Grianne calls out to those appearing from under the exploded fighting arena. She will administer healing if needed and summons a pack of dogs. She leans into them and makes odd, almost dog like noises as if speaking to them in an actual spoken language they can understand. After she finishes the dogs scatter. They should be able to find anyone trapped under the rocks. Grianne says to Eldin and anyone near by.

Eldin says, "Good thinking. I have healing spells prepared so I can help you care for the wounded." Eldin will also cast healing spells on anyone who needs it.
As Ashiera gathers herself she looks down at the goblin. With an unsteady shake of her head, still trying to clear the cobwebs from her mind "No, I did not do this. I don't even know for sure what has happened."
She starts looking around the rubble and the ruined buildings "Does anyone know where i can get a good stiff drink? It doesn't even have to be good."
(I apologize for my lack of updates. The first match will be announced tomorrow as well as a second and third Campaign made tonight, to allow more people In. I apologize again but I am currently dealing with the DOR, Clerk Court, and Child support. But I swear due diligence will be given and this train will get moving within 24 hours.)

One of Grianne's dogs returns, not with people but with news. After a few moments of Grianne literally barking with the dog, she speaks to those around. Eider and Toren's school seem to have survived in tact. All the survivors are heading there.
With that said, Grianne shifts into a giant bird, grabs Eldin, and heads in the direction of The Eider and Toren School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Hi everyone. I am Elites roommate and I wanted to give you all a quick rundown of why he is taking so long to get things rolling again.
Aside from his somewhat busy job and DMing 2 real life game, he is also in a very heated, very one sided child support battle with his sons mother. He is trying to find the time and focus to restart but has yet to succeed. Hopefully he can get things sorted soon for us.
