Hiqiroth wondered who would be his friend, and who his foe. Of singularly mind, he sat shown, took out his instrument, and began playing a brooding tune.
Three Tree eyes the gnome. "Ay, little one. I welcome mate of any size if loyal and prepared. I see you are both." She fishes something out of her pack. "But I too am prepared. Keep yours." She drinks her own vial of antitoxin and tucks the empty vial back in her pack as she eyes the lion-esque shifter approach. She sees his green glow and simply nods as he approaches.
As her thoughts are interrupted by Khats, Fauna suddenly looks up at the others bearing a red flame. Stepping toward the growing group, she simply says, "I'm Fauna Marezira," as she nods at them.
Fauna inspects her teammates, making mentally calculated assumptions of their possible strengths and weaknesses. She then turns to inspect the other teams, trying to divide her attention between her team and reviewing the others.
Roywyn flashes a crooked grin at Three Tree. "I like you already. This is my owl, Paperweight," she drawls, ruffling the little bird's feathers.
She still offers 2 vials of antitoxin, one each to Floressa and Swifty and makes an exaggerated toast before downing her vial. "Here's to fighting and surviving together. Skol!"
If time permits, Roywyn casts a second spell on herself, pouring a cup of water from her canteen: Armor of Agathys using a 3rd level slot, as her clothes frost over.

You appear in N4. You stand at the edge of a lighted area. There is a wall to your north, which ends, an opening just NE from you. Another wall is to the South, which extends to the East, but ends at a pit to your SW. The light comes from the West. Just past the pit you can see a column of flames (L5), which is the source of the light near you.

Raja
You appear in I14. The area around you is lit by a flaming column of fire off to your West (E15.) Wind howls in this area, but doesn't even ruffle your clothes where you stand. A door can be seen just north of the column of flames. A suit of armor can be seen standing at F17; it seems immobile.
Roywyn Inkbow
You appear in R16. You sense, more than see, a barrier to your East, something invisible blocks your path there. It only is in square S16, and invisible column of force. You see a pool on the far side of the column of force, in T16. To the SE of you you see a plant that blocks the path in that direction, though it looks as if you could push your way through it.
Hiqiroth Verthisathurgiesh
You appear in J19. A door is directly East of you. You can see light coming from somewhere off to the West, but where you are at currently is in utter darkness.
Fauna Marezira
You appear in Q19. Directly to your West is a column of swirling blades (P19.) To your East is a plant that somewhat blocks the path to the NE, but looks as if you could push through it. You spot a pool of water (S20.)
Three Tree
You appear in C21. The area you stand in is brightly lit. A short wall is directly West of you. A pool of bubbling lava sits to your East (D21.) The light seems to be coming from a curtain of flames that hangs from ceiling to floor just north of the lava pool (D20.) North of the curtain of flame is a pit in the floor (D19.) You would see another member of this group was not so lucky in where they landed, as they are in the bubbling pool of lava to your East. (Yormorn.)
Yormorn
You appear in D21. It is brightly lit where you are. The square you are transported to is filled with bubbling lava. You take 37 fire damage as you land in it. Best get out! Directly to your north is a curtain of flame, which lights the area brightly. North of that is a deep pit in the floor. You would see another person directly to your West (Three Tree.)
Swifty
You appear in L21. To your North and West you see a door. A pit seems to be located at M19. A pool at M18. To your direct East, down a passage, a pit seems to be located at S21. There seems to be some source of light off to your West, but a bit hard to tell where.
Floressa grumbles under her breath and taps the floor with her staff once, casting Light on it. She looks around herself and makes her way to Q14. In her mind she thinks, "Anybody out there?"
Before: Seeing others preparing for battle, Yormorn shakes out his legs and grabs a handful of dirt from a pouch on his side, rubbing it into his thighs. (Prior to Teleportation Yormorn cast Longstrider. +10 move for 1 hour)
Now: There is a searing sound as Yormorn plops into the pool of lava on delivery to his position. "ARGH! That hardly seems sporting." Working to pull himself from the hot pool, he notices a enemy combatant has appeared nearby, in perfect position to take advantage of his unluckiness. "Well that won't do at all. Tata!"With a snap, Yormorn disappears in a burst of flame, reappearing 30' away on the opposite side of his adversary (A18). Sensing his ability to communicate with his assigned team mates and being used to communicating telepathically, he reaches out to them. "We should attempt to meet up as soon as possible, strength in numbers. Anyone have any ideas on how to find each other?"
(I had one, but I don't think Yormorn is that logically thinking...so...nope.)
He then starts running as quickly as he can away from the one enemy he has seen so far.
(Action Recap: Yormorn uses his racial Feystep to get out of the pool of lava and away from Three Tree. He will then use his movement to head North up to 40' but will stop if any obvious hazards impede or block his path and react to the hazard with the Action he still has remaining. He should end up somewhere between A10 and A18. If he reaches 40' without coming across a hazard, which seems unlikely, then he will use his action this round to pull and pop a healing potion to start getting back up after the lava burns.)

A myriad of Fauna's thoughts flood through the minds of her teammates as she begins investigating her surroundings -
A little more warning than a waving staff would've been nice. Well, first things first, let's see. Discretion is the better part of valor. I suppose that direction is out, unless I can stop the blades. Maybe Frostbite if I can safely touch one, or maybe Lightning Lure to pull it from its axle. I doubt Mage Hand is strong enough to hold it. Seems too risky just yet. What plant is that? I could probably squeeze by, but it could be toxic, or living, or an illusion over more swirling blades. I wonder if that water is potable. We just ate, and my waterskin is full, but we don't know how long we'll be here. I should've prepared Purify Food and Drink. I could use Shape Water to hurt an ice ball at the swirling blades. But a blade may come flying off, and I might be wasting a limited source of drinking water.
I use my action and bonus action to investigate and perceive my surroundings, moving only slightly for a better view, but not leaving my square. I listen, smell, and look but do not touch. Investigation: 7, Perception: 24 (Sentinel Shield).
Fauna The blades appear to be part of a permanent spell affect, so you doubt if you could pull a blade free, even if you could catch one. You would have to move closer to the water, and use the survival skill, if you wished to know if it is drinkable or not. The plant is something you have never seen before, and does not seem natural, but also does not appear to be sentient either. Looking closer at the plant you don't see any signs of a trap or anything, but it is hard to know what is beyond it.

Due to Yormorn's cloak of displacement, a second roll for the first attack, take the lowest: Attack: 25
