Elixir of Mimicry Potion, common When you drink this sweet, oily, black liquid, you can imitate the voice of a single creature that you have heard speak within the past 24 hours. The effects last for 3 minutes.
Bezoar of the Cockatrice Wondrous item, common While this bezoar sits in your stomach, you are immune to the petrified condition, and you have darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, your vision is unaffected by this bezoar.
I believe we're dividing between six party members (Brix, Garmuk, Soren, Thom, Thredash, Ursa).
So looking at Larren12's post 409, we each should add the following coins to character sheets: 1,500 / 6 = 250sp 300 / 6 = 50gp (but actually 60 more gp for +110gp total - see below for gems)
Also, can we assume we sell the 3 100gp gems and the 60gp bag of gems Soren found for another 360gp, so 360/6 = 60 more gp each?
As for the items: - Stones of Screaming: Soren actually has a sling so I think he can use these. Does anyone else want them? - Elixir of Mimicry: whoever is going to be doing the talking for the group should get this. This past kobold adventure, that was Soren, but I don't know if it should always be, since he's not very good at it. We don't really have a party face with high CHA. I guess Soren and Thom have the highest CHA? Maybe Thom, you take it? - @Larren12: Can the party spend some downtime attempting to identify what an Ioun Stone of Illumination does? I know some of the other Ioun stones but not that one. - Javelin+1: I'm thinking one of the warriors take this. Maybe Garmuk in case he is at range and needs to attack to keep his rage going by throwing it? - Potion of Superior Healing. Anyone other than Soren should take this (since Soren can already use magic to heal). Brix can too, so maybe not him either. - Did we also get the Bezoar of the Cockatrice? If so, someone without darkvision should take that. Either Thom or Ursa maybe.
I was just thinking about Downtime this morning. Everyone has 30 days of Downtime to spend. Let's go ahead and spend that time, or some of it and I'll start the next adventure on Friday. Feel free to PM if you have any questions.
Almost forgot. I use Xanathar's Guide to Everything for Downtime.
Thredash found the recent several days to be very confusing, so he seeks out the familiar routine of a monastery, especially since he is aware that it is soon time to undertake the final trials for his black belt...
Garmuk picks up the javelin. Good weight Garmuk like. Garmuk take. He will then head to town. Garmuk will find a job at a smithy in exchange for the use of the Forge after hours. He will spend the month working for the smith during the day, go to random taverns to pick fights with the biggest one there then go back to the Forge to hone his axe till he passes out from exhaustion.
One day while in town Garmuk runs into Ursa. Boss! Garmuk remember boss likes books. Garmuk pulls out a copy of Gruumsh ABC. Don't worry Garmuk read already.
Garmuk walks off singing
A is for Annihilate B is for Bash, C is for Crushhhhh Crush, Crush Crush, D is for......
So that's a 14 and an 18 using his herbalism kit. I am subtracting 50gp from Soren's inventory either way. And I'm adding 2 potions (potion of healing) to Soren's inventory, but let me know if I should only add 1 (or 0) if one (or both) of the checks failed.
The remaining days, other than wandering the woodlands and befriending animals, Soren attempts to briefly check in on his friends and broaden his horizons, not having spent much time in actual towns with actual people before.
- He goes once with Garmuk a tavern and sneakily gives the half-orc Guidance to help his athletics checks during a brawl. - He pays a quick visit to Thredash's monastery, if the monk allows him, just to understand what they do there. - On one day, he goes magic item shopping once with Ursa if he allows him, though he probably doesn't buy anything. Mainly just observes the bear-humanoid with reverence and fascination. - At one point, he visit's Brix's workshop or lab where he is creating Dan he squirrel and comes away both interested and a little disquieted. Again, providing Guidance when it looks like the gnome is trying to do something difficult. - He pays attention to whatever martial training or other fighter activities Thom engages in, more out of curiosity than anything else.

How many players are we dividing this between?

Potion of Superior Healing? Thredash like the sound of that very much =)
(ooc: content sharing for Xanathar's Guide to Everything, por favore?)
Ursa is good with gold/cash
D&D since 1984
Yep, giving the potion of superior healing to Thredash makes sense.
I have access to Xanthar's but can't share it, I don't think so hopefully Larren12 can? Here's an easy link for those who do have access already:

Tanis(Ranger1): Shiverquill's Tempest City | Xarian(Fighter2): NioNSwiper's Tyranny of Dragons

Joren(EchoKnightFighter6): NotDrizzt's Simple Request | Sabetha(MercyMonk3): Bedlymn's Murder Court | Seri(NatureCleric3/DivineSoulSorcerer1): Bartjeebus' Greyhawk
Soren's plan is to buy a herbalism kit (with which he is proficient), forage for herbs, concoct potions of healing and antitoxin.
(I have to read up on how that works).
While he's foraging, he's wandering the woods, befriending woodland animals (healing wounded ones), and doing other such druid-y stuff of course.

Brix is an alchemist, but he should be able to identify the stones. He'll trade for a gem stone with the value required to create his humoculous.
**This Space for Rent**
Thredash found the recent several days to be very confusing, so he seeks out the familiar routine of a monastery, especially since he is aware that it is soon time to undertake the final trials for his black belt...
Brix is leveled and ready to continue.
In his downtime he used his spoils to obtain a gem worthy of creating his humoculous. His humoculous is a Squirrel named Dan.

Ursa will go to town and look for a shop selling spells and magic items

Thredash goes to town looking for a tattoo parlour....
As stated above, Soren forages in the woods for herbs and attempts to use his Herbalism Kit to make a potion of healing. Two of them actually. Cost is I think 25gp each per this errata (see portion near beginning on crafting magic items, cost is half for consumables like potions): https://media.wizards.com/2015/downloads/dnd/DMG_Errata.pdf
Is DC 10 reasonable for a WIS check with the Herbalism Kit with which Soren is proficient?
Check to make first Potion of Healing + Guidance: 12 + 4
Check to make second Potion of Healing + Guidance: 10 + 3
