Since Dolrik is actually casting Sorcerer spells using wild magic we could say good DC is set to 8 +prof +CHA which is DC 11

Otherwise, I think the DM must make a ruling

If the DC is 11 then Ben takes 13 for damage

 It does indeed. The babau isn’t looking good.
