For Kalak, I made the melee spell attack because they were close. They then moved. Not sure if they disengaged (or had a skill to). If Opp attack is available, then Kalak will use the Shocking Grasp for that.
If they are at range now, I would continue to use the magic missile attack.

Opp attack availability is based on success against whispers, which uses up a creature's reaction. So, on a success it is available.
EDIT: shocking grasp is a spell woth a casting time of 1 action, it cannot be used as a reaction, except when readied in advance using the ready action, in either case using the only reaction for that turn. You can make a standard melee attack, though.
A2 moved out of melee range of Kalak on his turn, cohabiting a space with Vishnu, flanked by Quadere and Vendelen. A1 would be accessible to Kalak for melee, as would the eidolon.
See map in post 572.
It looks like Kalak had a 20 to save against whispers, but there are 2 more Wis saves needed, so might be stunned, unless I'm just not seeing the results.
<for targeting purposes, I'm saying the allip us above Vishnu, but I'm still penalizing it the 5hp for ending its turn "inside an object". I find that a bit silly, so adjudicated at my discretion. So, magic missile hits the allip, not Vishnu.>
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vishnu slices bits of the ephemeral creature before heading back into the unexplored hall. Grasping at the rogue, the allip f8nds only empty space, but just beyond his reach stands Kalak. For whom the enraged spirit reaches out malevolent, clawing at the gith.
But, the wizard remains out of reach, narrowly avoiding the spectral grasp.

Is this instead of shocking grasp from #570?

Looks like Vishnu us up. Still not sure of Kalak's attack, but if it's delaying the game I will rule it by the end of the day so we can proceed.

Alright, going after A2 again to hit: 13

Thank you for letting me play, but at this time I have decided to drop and leave this campaign. I wish you all well in you adventures.

That's a hit. What's the damage?
In light of the above, I rule all of Kalak's saves successful and the allip (A2) is destroyed by magic missiles.
Assuming Vishnu targets A1, it is still a hit.
Are any of my allies that are within 5 feet of me incapacitated?
Damage: 10
(👆🏻That was a “10” in case it flags it as manipulated
I deleted the sneak attack since it won’t apply)
Attack with Dagger: 11 if hit 6
Retreating back between Quadere and Vendelen (assuming there’s room to do so)

14 for 17 psychic damage.

(For three more rooms I think we can handle Kalak and Ven. Can take one or both. If one, let's say I take Kalak)
If it's the next round and Quadere can roll her save again, here it is: Quadere Wis save (DC14) : 21
Kalak Wis save (DC14) : 23
