It gives Yaalin the moment to swing wildly, striking Rot before Abigail's two blades strike and kill the Goblin. Diadochi strikes Shale, who seems to give a bit of a cough, at the blow. Saying... something... Shale slides under Diadochi and moves like the wind through the room and out of site.

Rot lays dead. Shale seems to be escaping. Two Hn'ti, still armed, look at you all. One giving a whistle. The room's glow begins to fade rapidly. The motes seeming to flick out of existence, while the silver cords recoil into the living goblins.
Sim sends an image to the Hn’ti while talking to the others. “He can not be allowed to escape he will just return and attempt it again.”
the images he sends are of a Hyena (shale) escaping and coming back with more to try again. Then of the birds they used earlier to represent the Hn’ti and us chasing him and killing him to stop him.
The one warrior looks over at you, and gets its weapon ready. It returns. That same image as before. Of the birds representing the Hn'ti attacking the birds representing you all until driven off.
The other warrior begins to stab the sick goblins that Abigail got to escape. They begin to try and flee, but their energy is too far drained.
Sim looks at the others. “Our peace with the Hn’ti is over but Shale still remains. We must give chase the Hn’ti will attack us if we stay here and he must be the priority. We can do nothing for these poor souls.”
then Sim sends another image of his group leaving and chasing Shale away from the mountain alone. He approaches the leader of the Hn’ti and extends his hand in thanks.
Yaalin spins as the Hn'ti Her shell itself begins to glow with Light and Speaks with a Voice growling with menace as she shoves herself between the drained goblins and the Hn'ti attackers. "You shall leave the innocent and this place or suffer the fate of the unclean" and with the hand clearly equipped with the Hn'ti gauntlet she points at the body of Rot.

Diadochi sees the The Hn'ti warrior killing the goblins and moves between them "Killing the helpless now are we? You forgot the most important step, killing me first. We are united for now against Shale, and you lot seem to need all the help you can get, and I'd wager you can't lose me as an ally and you definitely can't take me as an enemy. Do you want to die killing the helpless, or live killing evil the that threatens your village?"

The one that Sim has been communicating with looks at the hand, then back to him. Just a smaller nod before pointing the way back into (area 7), before saying the only Hn'ti phrase you all have picked up. Some combination of 'leave' or 'get out.'
A whistle comes from the caves beyond. Returning the original one's whistle as the light continues to fade as motes flick out of existence. Diadochi, you remember seeing that burned up hobgoblin in a mask. It was also full of quills from a runed Hn'ti.. which the corpse of you never found. And with it being a few days since you all came here, it's hard to know exactly how many scaled the secret egress point just beyond and are still in the caves.
Despite being near the Hn'ti, Diadochi can see the goblin elder. Her leg twisted, probably broken, from being cast off his shoulder when he moved into the fight and drew. Her eyes still clearly blind, but a look of sheer rage on her face.
Sim turns to the others and as forcefully as he can says “We can not stay here. They apple is a fools errand. We are outnumbered and Shale is escaping. These goblins are not going to be able to leave here no matter what they do. They can not walk or fight and we can not carry them. They are not recovering either so if they stay here they will starve to death and die. The Hn’ti may be executing them but they are also putting them out of their misery. I am leaving now.” Then he is going to head back toward 7.
Diadochi says to the Hn'ti "if you make it back to your village and you find your elders and children and infirm slaughtered, I hope what you did here is not lost on you." Diadochi picks up the elder "Sorry, things got, rather hairy there for a second" ((I feel like I might have dropped the snow orb to get here I pick that up if I can)) and Diadochi leaves with Sim.
((Right after killing rot, Abigail is going to quickly search him [I am going to give myself Disadvantage because as soon the goblin start getting killed she is going to rush over and stab the the closest one doing the stabbing]. After slicing Rot's throat, Abigail notices the strands and motes returning to the goblins; she looks back down at Rot to see if there is anything worth grabbing off him.
However, when she hears a cry, she looks up and sees the goblins she was tying to save being killed by the Hn'ti. Her anger toward Rot still subsiding, rages back through her veins. "Grrr.... I have had enough of people picking on the defenseless!"

Sim and Diadochi begin to leave. Diadochi turns back, heading over to grab the Goblin Elder, who proceeds to bite him. Sim and one of the Hn'ti walk just out of the room by about 5 feet. (Area 7) is has the faint glow of the outside and some sounds of wind. In the distance, around the bend that leads to where you'd expect the secret entrance and exit to be, torches are being lit. It's in that moment where a thwack rings out.
Yaalin moves over to the Hn'ti stabbing people and clocks it.
Sim, Diadochi, Lafetha, you all notice Abigail on a b-line to pounce on the Hn'ti that Yaalin just clawed.
Sim - you're beside the other Hn'ti that seemed to be walking with you out of (area 8). It's noticed the combat erupt. You aren't sure if the other Hn'ti in this chamber have noticed, or how many there could be due to the distance and the secret passage being around a bend.
Diadochi - you're a little behind Yaalin, and a bit further away from Sim.
