Incantis will take a shot with Eldritch Blast at Bugbear Three, as he is the only visible enemy:
Attack: 22 Damage: 13
It hits the bugbear right in the face, knocking its head back; the creature is not yet down, but it's not able to return to a fully upright position; that blast did some serious damage, and it's obviously in agony and very badly wounded. It howls in pain.
Group B: Dario first, then Eyepatch, Bugbear Two and Bugbear Three, in any order. Bugbears Two and Three are badly wounded, Eyepatch is somewhat wounded.
Group C: Dekhan, Zoria, Incantis (in any order)
Group A is up. That's Strix, Varinth and Scupper in any order.
Varinth will slide on his knees to H9 so as not to be in the way of Darios deadly arrows. Once again touching his thumb tips together and his fingers splayed he releases a fire spell at the Bugbears.
He will also yell down the southern corridoor HEY ONE EYE! COME GET SOME TOASTED BUGBEAR YUMMY!
Not sure if you can use advantage from Inspiration (I still have it as I scrapped the post that used it) on damage so advise if you would like me to roll again.
Though Bugbear Two seems to dodge out of the way, the fire still catches him. Both bugbears burst into flame, their screams agonising to hear. The charred and smoking remains of the pair fall to the ground. They don't look particularly yummy, at least on the blackened surface. The fancy eyepatch that Eyepatch was wearing is completely incinerated.
Inspiration can only be applied to d20 rolls, on Attacks, Saving throws and Ability checks. So I've taken the first three d6s from your roll, which happen to be the three highest, so no change to the outcome, it's still 14 damage.
Strix and Scupper are up. Only Bugbear Three is still alive, plus the unconscious goblin in the room with Strix.
The necrotic pulse is slow to come; Scupper's arrow has already passed by the bugbear when the black shroud encompasses it. The eyes, cloudy from confusion, go momentarily white, then black, and there they stay. The bugbear slumps at an odd angle, almost gently, so that it ends up sitting on the ground, leaning against the wall, quite dead.
The only remaining (possible) enemy is the goblin, and it's unconscious. That's the end of combat.
To the best of your knowledge, there are no remaining threats in the Redbrand hideout. You have still to search the room the bugbears occupied, but otherwise you have probably cleaned it out pretty thoroughly. There is, of course, still Omyn the Redbrand, locked in his cell, and the unnamed Eye Monster that escaped through the southern passage which you have yet to explore.
Dekhan is badly wounded, and Dario, though rested and healed, is still obviously in pain from the severe wounds he took earlier in the evening. You're not entirely sure how much time has passed since you all ventured below ground, but you would guess it's still night outside.
Dekhan tries to sheath Talon, but misses the scabbard and frolics the sword. Shit he bends down to pick it up winces and stands back up with the sword in his good arm. Is everyone alright? If so I’ll probably try to close this gaping wound in my arm. Nicely done, though, good work everyone.

by the gods Varinth looks on dumbfounded at his own destruction. Coming back to reality Vaz quickly douses any remaining fires, especially before Scupper scolds himself while "Checking for Lifesigns". He then quickly attends to Dekhan in any way he can.
Ew ew ew! I can see bone guys! Varinth exclaims as he holds gingerly onto Dekhans arm. I promise to make you an eyeptach Miss Zoria if you take over here. I'm the son of a tanner so I'm not lying but please.. there is something... oozing Vaz starts dry reaching being careful not to move Dekhans arm. I'm so sorry Mr Dekhan!
Incantis stands tall, a rare grin stretched across his asymmetrical features as he see the bugbear fall to his hex. He thrusts his new glassen staff into the air victoriously as he walks forward. He tilts his head curiously at Vaz' reaction to Dekhan's gore, and speaks into the paladin's mind. Brave you've fought and brave you've fell, clearing out this bugbear hoard. We will keep you safe and well, I swear upon your taloned sword.

Thank you, Vaz, you sir, are a true friend, but it’s not as bad as all that! Oh, wait, yes, that is bone! Alright, well, if no one else needs any... Dekhan manages to kind of trip while standing still he puts his hand on Vaz’s shoulder to steady himself. Whoa, I’m a little light headed, if no one else needs any healing, I’m going to go ahead and take care of this. Dekhan winces as he wraps his hand around his savaged arm, he calls upon the Ancients and a soft blue light emanates from his eyes as the wound on his arm begins to close, muscle and sinew stretching across to seal the gap. When he’s done, a fresh pink patch of skin is all that remains. He smiles at Incantis and the other members of the group, pats Baz on the shoulder in a comradely fashion and says. Right! Let’s get to... He takes a step forward but his legs buckle and he sits down hard on the ground Tell you what, I’m going to have a little sit down. You guys call me if you need anything.

Varinth helps Dekhan to the ground. I think a wee sit down is a good ideareplies Vaz as he sits down next to him, heavily. He takes a swig from his wineskin and offers some to the paladin.
While doing so he peers into the darkness of the southern passage, looking to see if One Eye heard him or if he can see any movement.

New map:
Scupper sends an arrow at the last bugbear
Attack: 14 Damage: 8 sneak attack 4
Smells like dinner's ready. Be a good lad and feckin' die already so's I'm not late fer supper.
Scupper, the wounded bugbear seems barely aware of where it is now. Unfortunately, your arrow misses and hits the closed door behind it.
Strix is up.
Sorry to play catch-up, but can I roll hex damage on BB3 from last turn?

Yes, go ahead.
As Incantis looses his eldritch blast, he taps into the hex he had placed on the bugbear.

Scupper walks over to the dead bugbears and stabs each one under the jaw up into their brain.
Call me paranoid if ya like...
He ten scrapes off the gore leans past the bodies to look into their barracks...and looks over at Strix
There's a whatsits in there...gobo...he dead?
Then relaxes a bit more letting the victory settle in...
Well I fer one can't wait to tell that self-important halfling mayor what a successful day it's been. Eh?
I'll also want to pick up my arrows and maybe some more...Can I find enough to net me 40 arrows in the armory, bugbear barracks, or dead redbrands?
Zoria falls to her knees when the eye patch is burned. Her sobbing face in her hands. "Why does everything always have to happen to me!"
