Hermenor will consult his knowledge about snake attack patterns and communicate them to his friends. Perhaps this would make it easier to avoid the serpents’ lunges.

Priton is shuffles and slows down for the last stretch, falling to the end takes a few bites before finally escaping. He takes 2 poison damage.
As you all jump out and land prone of the tunnel. Lying on the cold damp ground. The water begins to lightly soak into your fur and clothes/armor. It would almost feel nice if it wasn’t for all the tiny bites over you.
The tunnel continues on, showing several offshoots of less traveled routes; most of which are dead ends and gives just enough room to stay out of the direct travel path. A slow drumming of mechanical work happening somewhere up ahead is now ringing out down the tunnel. It’s hard to tell how far away, but the sounds of the echoes bouncing off of and interrupting each other indicate it’s still a good distance away.
Tyr just looks at his companions "Well that was fun..." his voice low and sarcastic as they hear the drumming "I'm assuming we need to go towards the sound. How would you all like to do this?" he asks
(Oh sorry about that, didn't realize that thaumatergy was like that, I thought the banging just worked once and that we had to do different things lol)
"Ya id say we should head towards that, especially cause I would guess that means no more of these dammed snakes." Priton says as he rubs his bites a little bit with an annoyed look

Ragnir: (to the party) "I didn't realize there was such a vast underground tunnel network under the city. I bet most crime goes unpunished, for it would be a nightmare to try and chase criminals down here."
Professor Honeyton stands up while doused from the cavern water. His fur soaking wet, he wildly shakes himself in order to dry off. He slings water in every direction as he does this. He peers down to scan his body to determine if he was bitten. He looks between everyone else as they talk about following the mechanical whir echoing throughout the tunnel. "Is everyone okay?" Honeyton asks curiously, although he knows he wouldn't be able to help anyone that may have been poisoned by the snakes.
"You are probably right, Ragnir" Hermenor agrees. "The more reason for us to prepare well when moving further down these tunnels. How's everyone doing?"
Noting that the Professor asked the same question, the sailor offers: "I won't lie... I've felt better. That snakeman hit me quite hard. I don't fell poisoned though, so I'll survive. Nonetheless, as I was saying, we should prepare before going forward. I don't want to survive these snake tunnels just to fall face down during the very next fight we inevitably get ourselves into."
Venturing further and further down the tunnel the sound becomes louder and the echoes less jumbled together. After about 20-30 minutes of carefully treading through. You arrive in a large circular tavern. About 120’ foot diameter. A large black crystal is embedded on the stone ceiling hanging down. Emitting a flickering purple light. Below the stone in the kiddies of the room is a crank connected to gears. A Goliath in chains is currently spinning the crank, it’s bringing bring up buckets of earth. Dumping the mud and muck from an open pit descending into darkness below. on the ground a two humans begin to shovel it up and transport it away. After the bucket is dumped it goes back down connected to a chain.
Boxes and crates are piled high creating a cluttered maze of boxes to weave in and out of. Near the end of your vision you can see 6 beds on the ground with chains and manacles attached. 2 humans and an elf are chained to them.
Taking some time to sit back and watch there appears to be about 8 more snake men in the chamber. Some patrolling, some standing over the chained men. There are two cracking their whips over the working Goliath and humans.
Tyr just looks at the scene before them and points towards the large black crystal "Think we found it." he whispers looking to his companions "So whats the plan?"

"Ragnir, how do you say I distract the lot of those snake men while you get those people freed, plus I can make quite a good distraction for us." He says as he uses his bag of tricks again petting the weasel on his shoulder (Spawn roll: 1 ) "Ah and here Hermenor, tell me if you need more." Priton says as he casts healing word (Heal Amount: 5 ) "And Ragnir give this to the goliath or whoever prisoner might be best picked for it." Priton says as he gives his old mace to Ragnir and gets ready to go into the room

"Thank you, Priton." Hermenor appreciates the healing magic. "That should do it for now. In a pinch or during battle, I have that healing potion I purchased at the guild too."
Regarding the plan, the elf says: "I have a feeling a weasel or whatever you produce out of that bag will only distract them for a moment. If we are not careful, we'll find ourselves fighting half a dozen of these things."
"A fair point, but who knows how many prisoners there may be here and if we can free them like a Goliath, it would greatly assist us and cause a great distraction to them. And we need to destroy that cursed stone. Plus that of surprise is greatly helpful, especially if I'm able to make them think there is more that simply us coming towards, If I was to make the ground shake a little they may come to believe it an army coming through these tunnels." Priton says then smiling "We are already a very considerable force at the moment, if they were to hear the yells of our group could cause quite the scare." Priton says as he holds up and lights his hammer as he messes with it

Hermenor insists a bit: "I'm not doubting your skills, Priton, but we have tried something similar before with another set of prisoners led by a Firbolg instead of a Goliath. They all turned out to be scaredy-cats..."
