You head to the temple and it turns out, lots of people are also heading there. The rain has been picking up and the water is increasing a bit in speed. It looks like a safe refuge
Glimra entered the temple shaking off the water and looked around, " This place is awesome......warm rain....I really like that....probably not so great for you guys. But trust me, cold rain is way worse."
Chazrael doesn't mind the rain too much, though he doesn't like to get his clothes too wet. He keeps an eye out for special whiskey and observes the townsfolk, as well as how the priests treat them.

You see no whisky but are quickly pointed towards a priest. The priests treat the townsfolk with respect and you keep hearing the word "lucky" being thrown into conversation
"Lady's Luck to you too. There are not many guides in Malar's throat. With the amount the guides earn they can afford to live in the main city. The few guides I know of here are currently hired assuming they are alive still. They tend to come pray in the temple for luck before leaving and return to give thanks if they survive. Once the rain passes you should check in the city. Jobal will know which guides are around, or they might have left adverts at inns or the docks. If Jobal doesn't know about them then they are illegal guides and if he does find out about them then our Lady Luck might not look their way."
" Ah! Sorry....not from here, despite appearances. So theres a license then....wasn't aware of that bit."
" I guess we'll check the notice boards.......um, so anything you or the less fortunate need help with around here? Seems a fairly hardscrabble place to live."
"It is not a bad place to live, when the rain isn't flooding the street and the undead and storming up. But inside this temple is always safe. Talking of safe, I am afraid you can not leave yet, the doors will be locking soon and if you leave now you will probably be swept away by the downpour. And the bridges are not safe in this weather. We will reopen the doors when the rain calms down and the waters run their course. It might be a couple of hours, it might be a couple of minutes. No one knows with Chult"
Chazrael shrugs once more and finds a seat. "I don't mind staying for a couple of hours. Do you have a book on Chultan monsters, maybe vampires or werewolves?"

"I know," Chazrael says," I just have an interest in stuff like this, and you never know when you will come across a lycanthrope in the road or have one as a family member."

"we don't store books here, I heard that some bloke is selling one on Chultan monsters though. And your friend is right. There isn't an issue with Lycanthrope. It is mainly undead and beasts to watch out for"
Chazrael thinks about the bloke selling the books and believes they might have met him before. He shakes his head. "So beasts like wild animals or more like demonic creatures?"

Upon arriving to Goldenthrone, you are informed that Jobal is one of the merchant prince's currently there, and after a short wait are informed he is busy and if you would take a seat he will be free in an hour. Of course you are free to leave but if you do, your place in the queue will not be kept
Chazrael nods as he moved forward and pulls his hood over his head. "At the very least, the priests can point us in the right direction."

" Lucky...Temple of Tymora...makes sense."
Glimra fronted the priest, " Ladys Luck to you! We're needing a guide for the scrub, who of the fine inhabitants of this quarter would you recommend?"

"I doubt lycanthropes will be our primary concern here. We are dealing with a death curse, not a werewolf infestation."
