Immadiately, she'd drop her her knees by the professor and the patient. Shae's eyes would dart back and forth as she assesses the dire situation around her. She'd start chewing her lip. "First thing's first..." Shae would reach for the alcohol and hand it to Brax, assured she wouldn't have to direct him to drink it. Immediately she'd reach for his belt, undo it and slide it out of its loops. "You may need more than just alcohol for this one." Shae folds the belt in half, snapping it taut and offering it to Brax. "Use this to bite if we amputate. You don't need to lose your tongue too." She'd look to the professor, "I'll need you for the amputation if what I'm about to do doesn't work. And we'll need to do it fast."
Shae would reach into her cloak to pull out the medical supply pouch to have ready on her lap if she needs to switch gears. She'd look up to the ceiling to take a deep breath before closing her eyes. Alright Kam. I can't do this one alone. I need your help. She'd hold her hands over Brax's leg, creating a triangle with her pointer fingers and thumbs. Then we do it together.
Hwe sa hwul relieve co si sa sholpack ou fleath flack "Hwe sa hwul relieve co si sa sholpack ou fleath flack." There would be a hint of almost an echoe in Shae's voice as she recites these celestial words, calling upon her pact magic. The same familiar white glittery mist circles Shae's arms before filtering through the triangle onto Brax's leg.
"I'll help you, hold on"Maxine unties the Captain (or helps her to do it) and direct her to the relative safety of the branches. "Careful, it's a long foll down there. And just to be clear - yes, I am a stowaway. Or was. Does not matter now, does it though? Ang-Zan! Those fanghur almost kill us!"
Berrus crashes heavily onto the front part of the ship, causing a shudder to go through the timbers, and rustling the leaves above. Berrus manages to roll forward and land well, a mere three feet from Flax.
The Professor feels slightly guilty for leaving Shae with the full responsibility for Brax's leg and the procedure, and decides to stay behind and assist her in calming and prepping Brax for the operation.

As unscrewing with the dagger takes to lomg for Faekins taste,he unscrews only the two main screws and then tries to push it open once again with his feet, hoping the missing mainscrews weakend the lid's connection to the mainbody enough to push it open now. He gives it his full, as of this point the chest is already damaged enough so he does not care anymore if the chest is broken afterwards.
Shae's spell has managed to straigthen out Brax's leg and under her hands, the bleeding stops, aided by the Professor's tourniquet. Looking at the hopeful looks on their faces, Brax looks up at them, looking at lot healthier already: "Can you save it?" The Professor isn't sure, but before hacking away, they might try a splint instead.
Inside of his chest, Faekin tries to leverage his position and slam both feet against the lid to burst it open. He is too packed together however and doesn't manage to get enough force onto the lid to burst it open.

"Captain," Maxine was trying to be as convincing as she could in present conditions, "we are 70 feet above the ground, the ship is done for and pieces can fall down any minutes, there are people in the other parts needing help. I have a med kit with me if you need one, but we better move to gather all the survives and think bout the plan to get down"
Professor S directs his porters to help with stripping some wood off the broken crates and using the blacksmith tools to shape them more or less as Shae directs. There is plenty of cloth for binding it up, so that shouldn’t be a problem.
Once that process is underway, he heads up to the deck to see how his Unseen Servant is progressing with the dangling crew member.

As a matter of fact Maxine, it's at this moment where you realise that your med kit was left in your room, about 20 feet below and supported only by a tree branch… Still the captain seems to come to and quickly grasps the important bits of information.
Once up on the main deck, Professor S can see how Berrus who somehow managed to get to the front section of the ship, managed to attach a rope to the injured Flax, and is now proceeding to slowly helping him back up onto the forecastle. The unseen servant had managed to get a kit filled with medical supplies from there, so maybe there might be some more inside.

Zip had been taking this time to observe the surroundings. The flora, the treetop fauna which came to see them, the way everyone scrambled about in a panic only to reqlize they were just making things worse for themselves. He glanced at the trident buried in the deck, and how his hands were so comfortably gripped on each end of the crossbow which took the impact's force against the shaft rather than his arms. There was a moment of mental back-patting before he concluded it was time to be useful again.
A lever under the main stock of his trusty weapon slid forward and a needle protruded. A latch was opened on the side and Zip fished out a small vial from a shoulder pocket. It seemed everyone had the injured crew slowly stablized, but he figured best to ask anyway, "Anyone still critical? I might be able to help. Elsewise, we might want to get down to ground and out of the area before this thing falls with or on us."
