Tzo-Tzo is the first to notice a troop of individuals walking down the street. The squad is made up of six heavily armed individuals, all in obvious Flaming Fist regalia, led by a floating disembodied skull surrounded by a wreath of green flames, its eyes black holes with small points of fiery red light in their center.
As the squad gets closer to the Elfsong's Tavern, the disembodied skull starts floating up, headed toward the roof. It passes right in front of the window at which Snap is keeping watch, rising and rising until coming face-to-face with Tzo-Tzo.
It says in a deep voice, tinted by an Alzhedo (Calishite) accent, "I saw you climbing up the side of the tavern. I have been asked to be aware of suspicious activity and respond only after receiving an explanation for said activity... Why have you climbed to the roof of the Elfsong's Tavern?"
Thinking quickly, Tzo-Tzo quickly pulls from her careful knowledge of the riff raff of the city!
Tzo-Tzo hiccups, then starts crying, “It’s like *hic* totally not fair! Like, I totally should be on that date instead of...” Tzo-Tzo pauses, human names are confusing, “Britannica?? Like, you know the girl, right? Like she’s totally an ‘airhead.’ So I like totally thought it would be a good idea to like get on the roof and like spy on them??? You know? I may be a bit *hic* like totally wasted though.” She flops back and just starts crying again.
Ah yes, there’s the deep seated shame setting in. It’s going to be a few training sessions before this gets washed away. However, justice can know no shame, I will go to any lengths!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tzo-Tzo notices that the insignia plastered all over the uniforms of the Flamskull's squad match exactly the design of the pin she received from Captain Zodge... The one that she just recently placed in one of her pockets.

The Flameskull seems unmoved by Tzo-Tzo's plea, letting out merely a slight chattery chuckle. It then says, "Your actions seem innocuous. However, you are posing a safety hazard as you may fall through the roof or fall off the roof injuring a citizen or tourist - much like those sailors there approaching the tavern."
It thinks for a moment, then says, "You seem distressed so I will not punish you. However, safely remove yourself from the roof or I will have to treat you as a trespasser and loiterer endangering the public. I will return."
It then turns and floats back down to the point position of his squad and leads them off.
Tzo-Tzo's keen perception spots the group of sailors that the Flamskull had mentioned. They are walking up the street, as if driven by a purpose. However, they seem too... menacing... to be sailors. The eight of them openly carry swords at their sides and leading the group is a brawny man with a cloudy eye. The sneer on the man's face is palpable.
Tzo-Tzo puts a finger in front of her lips the next time Snap checks in, “I have a visual of the sailors. They are well-armed and seem experienced. I believe that it would be wise to ambush them at the door.”

Keth hears Snaps updates. He stands up, cracks his knuckles, tosses a gold piece to the bartender. "Apologies for the damages." He hefts his axe and walks slowly toward the door. Anyone near the door he tells politely, "Might want to back up, I'll do my best but this," he indicates his axe, "sometimes gets.... thirsty."
He changes his stance, one leg slightly behind the other, shoulders lowered, axe ready in a fighters stance.
Alan replies, "What do you mean damages? Wait - no... I just had the tables polished... Take it outside!"
Seeing the interaction between Alan and Keth, the waiters immediately start running around the tavern collecting the glassware and plates, regardless of whether or not the tavern's patrons are finished.
Some of the patrons grab their tankards and glasses get up from their seats and spread out in the room, not wanting to get involved with whatever is about to happen.
In the corner of the main tavern room, the armor shivers slightly.
Immediately upon hearing the update from Tzo-Tzo, Snap begins messaging the others and goes into the dining room with a simple announcement. "They are here."
"Thought I heard something Skoona, heard there were robbers about." he calls over his shoulder to the ogre.
"Robbers?" Skoona asks. "There are robbers everywhere. I used to rob. I hit people and friends would take their stuff." Skoona smiles happily as she reminisces.
"I don't hit so much anymore. Only if someone hurt Alan and workfriends."
Once everyone is notified, Snap returns to his window to watch the approach.
By standing on the far side of the window closest to the tavern's entrance you can make out about half the sailors, the ones walking in the street, that Tzo-Tzo warned you about.
The group of eight sailors are now twenty yards away. Keth has no line of sight on them, and Snap has only a limited view through the glass of the window, but Tzo-Tzo can see them clearly. She can see the scurvy-ridden teeth on the sneers of some of the older sailors in the group.
From her vantage point, she can hear the mention of 'Tarina,' but not much else. The pirates close in on the tavern... now, no more than twenty yards away.

Pirates to tavern door vs Snap's message to Tzo-Tzo... 10....
Tzo-Tzo receives a message from Snap when the pirates are still about 120 feet (~24 seconds, or 4 rounds) from the front door of the tavern.
