Galin sees Karnys Ruby-Eye, with mirror image up, about 55 feet away, Wilm another 25 feet past him, and the giant eagle swooping down towards Wilm past them both.
The elephant, Yuno Sunforge and Kellin both can see, spots them both as well and trumpets in anger. It stomps off towards the West. He rounds the end of the ten-foot wall and turns to come towards Yuno and Kellin. It is still some distance away, but trumpets again in rage.
Sylvara sees a cave bear stick its head out past the wall, to her West, then, spotting her, starts in her direction, growling angrly. Galin would notice the bear back to the West as well.
Flen glances North, seeing the Northwest corner of the arena there, then South, seeing Minorae Ghaallixirn about 50 feet to his South. He would hear Pike's words around the Northwest corner. The giant eagle is posed directly over where he would think Pike to be located.
Flen casts a spell, his armor becoming coated with a layer of ice,a nd the air around him glimmering from an arcane ward. Noticing the giant eagle, he would turn and head south, moving towards Minorae.
Action: cast armor of agathys at 3rd-level. Gaining 15 temp hp. Movement: 30 feet South. Bonus Action: none.
Udo Pyregrove, Thea, Kellin, and Yuno Sunforge all can hear the sound of a large cat's scream of anger. It seems to be moving northward inside the walls of the section you are in. Udo Pyregrove and Thea would also have heard the sound of the elephant's trumpets, just a moment before, which seems to be around the corner to the north of you two.
Minorae Ghaallixirn you are now up. You can see Flen, a dwarf warrior who just cast a spell to coat his gear with ice, moving in your direction. He would not seem like he is threatening you, but more as if he is looking to team up, but trying not to make as much noise as Pike has been. You also see the giant eagle perched quite a ways north of you, on the northern wall. The northwest corner of the areana is about 80 feet to your north, while the nearest entrance to the interior of your quarter is some distance to the south.
Pike is indeed calling attention to himself with his calls for unity as well as his own profession of strength, although his mild tone is in contrast to his strong words. He has the accent of a rustic country simpleton but makes references to scholarly training. He is an odd and distinctive fellow.
“I’m gonna do all I can to get us through this, y’all,” Pike says. “I may not have cut it at the academy fer wizards, but they did think I could be a decent bodyguard, once they got me proper equipped-like. I’ma guard y’all like I did them, don’t you worry none.”
Looking up Pike would see one of the Giant Eagles nearly directly overhead... it looks down at him and gives a loud cry, setting off further animals crie from the other side of the ten-foot tall wall.
Cindrus notices that there is not currently a thing for him to be killing in his immediate vicinity. He decides to fix that. He runs southeast, aside the rat king, and draws his sword. Calling out in Draconic, he speaks its command word, causing flames to wreathe the surface of the blade. He stares toward the lion and readies himself.
Action: Dash
Movement: 60 feet, diagonally southeast, then east, ending up 2 squares above rat King’s giant rat.
OOC: Pike’s action would be contingent on how close any enemies are to him at the time of his turn. My initiative is 16 I believe. What would the proximity be to him at that time as far as closest threats?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Minorae Nods at the warrior before him but the looks off towards the eagles and the one shouting for attention. Running after (which I believe is north) at an angle, jumping over the wall when necessary.
Minorae fails to climb the wall and moves further north, passing the dwarf who clearly had come to join him. the dwarf frowns as the other warrior rushes northward.
I believe there are adjacent flying creatures 50 ft up from Pike? With a 40ft fly speed and a 10 ft reach from a Halberd, would I be able to fly up and attack them in one turn? Or would they be just out of reach? I want to confirm I understand the distances.

There is a single flying creature 50 feet up from Pike. It occupies four squares though, since it is large-sized.
Yes you can fly up and hit it with your weapon if it has reach.

OOC: Thank you!
Pike uses his Bonus Action to enter Rage, flies 40 feet up using his Winged Boots, and attacks twice using the Attack action with Reckless Attack and the Extra Attack feature. Reckless Attack will grant advantage to Pike on these attacks, but will also grant enemies advantage on attacks against him until the start of his next turn. He will apply the ability from Great Weapon Master to apply -5 to hit on each attack to add +10 to the damage if the attack hits. As 2 flying creatures are within his reach, if the first attack kills one, he will target the next with the second attack. If the first attack either misses or fails to kill the first target, he will be attacking one target twice.

OOC: Yeah, I have to hope Reckless Attack's advantage helps balance out, +9 to hit drops to +4, but with Advantage, fingers crossed, hopefully one of the d20s continues to be decent!
Also, apologies for the description, I see now you noted it was one large creature, not multiple medium sized creatures. Both attacks at the same target, then, regardless.
Pike lifts off, going straight up along the black outer wall. He raises his halberd and strikes at the Giant Eagle. His first strike drives into the creature's chest, cleaving into its heart. Afountain of blood falls past Pike to the ground far below. The large raptor calls out once, then falls from its perch, slamming into the ground below as well. (As I said earlier, it is just one creature, occupying four squares on the map, not four creatures.)
Minorae, Flen, and Leon all see the form of Pike fly up and take out the eagle with a single strike of his weapon. he hovers there, ten feet below the eagle's perch.
From Pike's new position he can see down into the walled section of their quarter. (You know about the creature's there now, and their locations.)
In Rage, Pike's mild tone from earlier is replaced by a series of shouted incomprehensible curses and anatomical references that resemble crude etchings in an outhouse wall. He continues his tirade of filthy language throughout his rage.
If he now has a vantage to see the Clawfoot to his south, he makes a gesture pointing towards his own eyes and then towards the beast, indicating that he sees it, as he takes his halberd back into a two handed grip and prepares to fly down (next round) and continue the carnage.

Udo will use his full movement to get as close to the NE corner as possible, then:
If the eagle still visible, or a closer target, shoot at it.
If not, hold his attack for a target to appear.
Attack: 27 Damage: 16
Attack: 13 Damage: 14

dashing toward where Pike would be.
(Wow, I guess not...)

Now we wait on Pike...

Damage is Magical Slashing, for reference.
(Good ol' GWM, you'll never do under 20 damage if you actually hit ever again.)
