Are you sure you just don't want to go after the ones who wrecked your ship first? I mean I'm all about it, just wanted to make sure everything was on the table. Nix said with a little giggle. All of our options look equally promising to me, Paakia were would you like to start?
I can agree with the want of protecting the people. I was just giving you a hard time and making sure all of the truths and cards were on the table as the saying goes.
"I'm gonna follow Arial til we kill his bastard... hopefully along the way, I will find where that red-colored Genasi is hiding..." As Paakia speaks, her words are filled with venom for the Genasi, almost saying it like a bad word. It would be uncertain to most whether or not she hated all Genasi or just that one in particular. "I know he's somewhere in this valley..."
"Anyway, I enjoy crackin' a few skulls," She boasted, her voice lighter than previously. "I've a great respect for nature, and I can't sit about and let some fools mess with her!"

Arial gives Paakia a curious look, but doesn't press on the topic of the Genasi. He then turns his gaze to Tidbits, "And what of you, Mr. Tidbits, where does your vote lie?"

Ultimately deciding to walk, you all head southwest along the Cairn Road headed toward Womford. This place was once a lawless portion of the Savage Frontier but thanks to trade between the various city-states of the areas around it, the Dessarin Valley is now a crossroads that many caravans and riverboats must take in order to conduct business in cities such as Neverwinter, Waterdeep, Everlund, Silverymoon, and Mirabar. Leaving Red Larch by the Cairn Road takes you past several farms growing various crops, but the further you get from the town, the less civilization there is. Some shepherds can be seen grazing their flocks, but other than that you don't see much of anyone.
After what must be five and half hours of walking, the sun has set and it is beginning to get dark. You set up camp, establish watches, feast on some fresh food bought in town, and rest. For those of you on watch, the night is peaceful. The dog days of summer are coming to a close and autumn about to set in, but the night is strangely warm as though it were the night of Midsummer. Thankfully, the warmness is the only issue you encounter in the night. The sun rises, you break camp, and begin breakfasting as you continue down the Cairn Road.
After about seven more hours of travel, the Dessarin River is in sight. The Ironford bridge spans the mile-wide river and connects the Cairn Road to the Iron Road. A wooden post on the other side sports two arrow-shaped signs, one pointing across the river bearing the name "Red Larch" and another pointing down the road bearing the name "Womford." It takes you an hour to reach the hamlet.
Womford is a tiny settlement on the banks of the Dessarin River. A dilapidated dock juts out into the river, and three keelboats are tied there. A large mill sits on the riverbank with several big granaries nearby and a handful of small, run-down cottages.
You head over to the docks and find two smaller keelboats and a larger one. Sailors sit around on the dock and ships, playing dice, drinking, or talking. One figure stands out in particular: a green-skinned humanoid talking to a halfling and two sailors on the far end of the dock.

"Yes, dice rollers, you like to dice...wait no..she means Drinkers then? Or Sailors, definitely sailors, they have boats..." Tidbits nods to himself, keeping an eye on the sailors, "...didn't you say you needed a boat?"
Nix looks out at the sailors this being the first time that she has seen anyone of their kind, other than Arial. She tugs on the Goliath a little to get her attention. I was always told that people kid nap and steal my kind. Sell them into slavery and just keep us for the oddities that we are. You won't let that happen to Tidbits or I right? Nix takes a deep breath and then olds tight onto her quarterstaff with one hand, and other around the totem she carried around her neck.
"Say no more, love." Arial smiles and swaggers up to the green-skinned sailor, "Oi, hello mate. Captian Arial Valariath," Arial extends his hand, "Lovely to see another sailor so far inland. What might you lot be doing?"

The conversation between the green-skinned man and his compatriots is interrupted by your statement. "We've never met, but I've heard of you. Funny you should ask me what I am doing here when last I heard you and your crew went missing at sea coming back from Chult. If you must know, we are traders.
