Quill leaves her perch flying up past the flame skull harassing it (help action) as she does before turning back down to another high perch in the canopy...
Ink moves past Crownsguard and horse (taking three AOOs - two zombies and one skeleton) until he's just north of the space under the Flame Skull. He looks up at the unoccupied space next to the flying skull and casts misty step! A silvery mist envelopes him and then reforms him right next to the flame skull which he immediately swings at with a booming blade!
Ink finds a handy tree branch to grab hold of, 25 feet in the air. The flameskull is hit hard enough with Ink's sword to go spinning, and it loses its concentration on the blur effect.
The undead hordes crowd closer. Up high above you, atop the tower, you see Amrath the dwarven castellan suddenly appear with a leap that sets him directly on the high wall of the tower. He makes a gesture and points at Crownsguard, and the entire company of skeleton archers aim their bows at him!
Crownsguard takes 10 piercing damage
Flint is surrounded by zombies and skeletons, and takes 6 bludgeoning & piercing damage
The zombies also crowd around Horse, dealing 5 to him (Just to clarify, Horse wasn't damaged by Marav's last spell that he cast)
Marav takes 3 piercing damage, and Rip takes 3 bludgeoning damage, as the skeletons and zombies crowd around them.
The giant skeleton is almost upon you. It stalks towards the treeline, and stoops under the tall boughs as it seeks its target...
The flameskull disengages and flies off to the northeast, its laughter still echoing wherever it goes.
i drew a 15 foot cone and set it how i want, would that get 5 or 6 of the zombies? either way i cast lvl 2 burning hands (dex save 14 for half) for 15 then bonus action spiritual wep at the giant 16 for 4
Ink, making a straight line between himself and the castellan, chooses a point fifteen feet behind him along that angled line (doing the trig, with the fifteen feet being the hypotenuse, that makes a point about nine feet directly behind him along the Ink-castellan line on the horizontal and twelve feet up from the roof) and sends a small flare of red light... Reaching that destined point, it blossoms into a Fireball radiating in all directions twenty feet!
The Castellan and whatever undead and mold/fungus is in that sphere will take 30 fire damage, DEX Save 15 for half.

The flameskull raises a shield, ablating most of Angel's attacks, although one hard strike gets through, and interrupts the mad cackling. The floating flameskull is cracked and spitting orange fire from multiple fissures in its cranium.
Marav's arrow is deflected by the Flameskull's shield as the flying creature desperately tries to avoid any more damage.
At the same time, Ink has cast a fireball with expands to a powerful roar. It is hard to see the extent of the effects from where you stand, but it's hard to imagine anything surviving such a powerful explosion.
Meanwhile, Flint's waiting patience has paid off, as dozens of undead creatures are vaporized in an instant upon his channeling of divine power. The fearsome giant skeleton, however, simply raises its shield and seems to ward off the effect completely. Its gigantic sword is already raised and poised to strike...

Rip's fire burns through 3 of the zombies killing them, and sets two others on fire. The spiritual weapon strike, however, is blocked by the fearsome giant skeleton.
