As Doloran regains consciousness, he looks around and sees where he is, he'll call to his companions and say: "It is not yet the time! Retreat and regroup!"
As he says that, he'll dash out of the square around the edge of the temple headed east. Jormund, you can take an AOO as he retreats.
Jormund takes a swing at Doloran-rat as he rises to run, "NO!"
Attack (warhammer): 21 Damage: 10
Sorry, this situation is a bit more complex than I realized at first. Jormund, you could technically swing at any one of the fleeing enemies with your AOO. Can you give me an insight or Arcana check DC 10? Either way, you can keep this Roll
DC 10 insight:
You remember that weapons seemed to be bouncing off of Harry once he was transformed. You can surmise that the same thing could happen here. If you want to attack another one of the assailants, I'd allow it. If you attack the Old Man, He is under the effects of sanctuary, so you need to succeed a DC 12 Wisdom Save or target somebody else.
With your high insight roll, check out the spoiler here and let me know what you'd like to do.
Edit: Jormund strikes true with his hammer square in Doloran's back, only to have it ricochet like he had struck a stone wall. It appears to have done no damage.
Hearing Ann’s rapier clatter on the cobblestones Bryn turns and sees the young knight fall to the ground. Bryn is momentarily seized by an inner struggle, the wild/predator side of him “shouts” that the prey is on the run and scared, that his companions are safe, and that the hunt should continue. The civilized side of him says that 3 against 1 isn’t good odds, that he should not press his luck with the red cloaks but rather see to his companions and the rest of the group. The civilized side wins this time and Bryn goes to check first on Vedui, and then Ann.
This is kind of out there, so I completely understand if you say no. The find familiar spell specifies that “A familiar can't attack, but it can take other actions as normal.“ Would you allow Enya to use her action to try and stabilize Ann? If so, here’s a medicine check, using my inspiration point for advantage: 12
Enya scrambles on top of Ann’s chest and bats the woman’s face a few times with her paw. Her only instructions were to help Ann, and at this point she’s a bit lost for what to do. She meows at Bryn, hoping it will get his attention.
Rowan watches the cloaked figures she was firing at disappear around the side of the temple, then scans the rest of the marketplace and realizes there are no other enemies in sight. Pulling her hood up, she starts walking towards the temple again, staying near the edge of the street and keeping an eye out for any guards. (Dashing 60 feet. Perception if needed: 14. Are there many other people in the market at this point?)
I'd say that Enya could not stabilize Ann on her own, but she could give the help action.
Ann, make your death save next round with advantage.
If Rowan used her action to guide Enya, I think that she could make a stabilize check, although probably with disadvantage.
Rowan, you do not see any other agressive people in the square currently. There are maybe 2 dozen or so people milling about, and all attention is drawn to the temple steps due to the hubbub and loud thunderclaps that recently came from there.

Rowan probably has no idea what's going on in the alley - communication with a familiar only lasts 100 feet, so I don't think Enya would have any way to let her know what's going on, and it would be a bit meta for her to pop into Enya-vision at the exact right moment. She'll continue on with her course of moving towards the temple, trying to blend in with the crowd a bit and look interestedly towards the steps where the commotion was happening.

"Grrrrrrr!" growls the thwarted dwarf through his beard as his warhammer bounces off the runaway rat. Then he walks a bit in the direction they're going to stay in range as he calls out, "Forge-father please burn!"
His warhammer raises and pulls down from the sky to Doloran's form in his view where an ember glow of sacred flame descends.

Seeing that Vedui is fine for the moment Bryn moves over to Ann.

I think a medicine check, especially to stabilize a creature, would take a full action to complete. Since you already checked Vedui, you can't attempt to stabilize Ann this round. I'll give you a choice: keep this action as a stabilize check for next round, or use it now to make a quick assessment of Ann's status.
Enya will try to help help Bryn then, although it might not be necessary.
(I don't know if you misunderstood Naveyman's words, but I wanted to check. Ann got advantage due to Enya's help. There's no need to move her to Bryn, but you do that if you want to.)
You have determined that Vedui is stable for the moment.
Enya is providing help to Ann for her next round's death save.
If you wait and use that medicine check next round, you feel confident you could stabilize her. But, you would be unable to pursue the red cloaks until the next round as well.
If you use the medicine check this round, Bryn could assess how close to death she is. (i.e. have in-game knowledge of the number of failed and succeeded death saves). You could then decide to pursue the red cloaks or stay and heal Ann.

As much a Bryn would like to run after the Red Cloaks, allies’ needs come first, especially since the immediate threat has passed, and 2 of his allies are down. Bryn will wait to help help Ann in the next round.
As Doloranand his band of red cloaks makes for a rapid retreat,
Jormund swings his hammer only for it to bounce off harmlessly. However, before they get out of range, Jormund is able to get off another forge flame, but it, unfortunately, misses the retreating group.
Rowan dashes forward while trying to remain inconspicuous, keeping an eye out for the red cloaks and any guards, but appears to not have drawn any attention.
Quinry, still a bit confused by the descent into melee, will run-up to the temple and retrieve his thrown hand axes, before turning back towards the alley. (move to temple, free action, and action to retrieve both axes).
Doloran is now 60ft away from the temple and Quinry, as well as Rowan. Jormund is currently 60 ft away.
In addition, Father Albrite appears at the door of the temple, carrying a staff with a glistening sun at its zeinth. He looks around, searching for enemies, but doesn't currently see any threats.
Harry will move to the corner of the temple, and shout after the fleeing enemies "I may be a half-rat halfling, but you're a full coward!" and cast vicious mockery at Doloran.
Wisdom save DC 12. Save: 18 for 3 damage.
Doloran will glance back at Harry and give him a mirthless, deathly cold laugh. "Live to kill another day and all that! We'll be in touch, quarterling!"

Sir Henry, still in the heat of the chase, will tell his guards to "Spread out! don't let them get away!" He'll then rush north, continuing the pursuit, although well behind the rest of the enemies.
Alley Chase: You hear the guards begin to spread out and search for the red-cloaked figures, without hearing any contact.

Doloran will continue to retreat with his band, and turn around a corner headed north before disappearing. They are about 90ft away from Jormund around a corner, and 120ft away from Rowan, Father Albrite, and Quinry.

Though there is help, Ann is still unconscious. Her life's at risk. There is a little help from Enya, the cat, and Bryn is coming to aid too. Before that, though, the young knight has to take another breath.
Death Saving Throw:12
(EDIT: 0.25% chance of death, which obviously didn't happen, but honestly, the possible ramifications were interesting, and I was fine creating a new character if that were to happen. Narrating the results next.)
Ann's breaths are easy, steady. For now, she remains safe. And with that, Bryn's help is sure to be all she needs to make a safe recovery.
