Aside from the silver panels on the left and right (which are about 2 inches wide and 4 inches high with a coin sized slot in the middle), the frame looks to be adamantine.

OOC: That's the work safe dialogue. Tommary is more likely solo re-enacting a classic scene from The Wire, I put under spoiler for sensitivities because it consists of the two principles speaking strictly in iterations of an expletive and they make use of some realistic crime scene photos of a naked woman with a gunshot wound.
It is considered a classic moment in "prestige television" storytelling, and it's actually very realistic in working over a cold shooting scene. Protip: the gun McNulty (the white man) is using as a prop in his reconstruction is his service Glock, it's most likely chambered ("duty carry") and Glocks have a "safety" that basically consists of the trigger giving you a slight moment of "are you sure?" as it squeezes. From a gun safety standpoint, you really shouldn't be doing back of the napkin bullet trajectory reconstruction with a loaded weapon like that ... but (ahem) if you got three+ hours before forensic's is coming, sometimes investigators get the ball rolling a bit.
Tommary's thinking somewhere from the portion of his life spent wrapt by the reels of the Woods of Holly vaults, maybe seeing a crowd control wooden turnstile at one of his dueling events, or maybe a livestock turnstile or that thing where you have livestock tied to some sort of turnstile so they can operate a well or a mill wheel or something, he may be able to construe this structures function, if he defaults to farm applications, he's going to suggest it's designed for Toots's menagerie.

OOC: As you can tell, I don't know if you can add different dice in the roller or have to manually add them. I don't mind adding a summation post but to keep the game's post count more manageable I'm happy to learn if there's a way to set the rolls up so they add in the rolling post.
Tommary may suggest it's designed for Toots's menagerie anyway.
