Elyona feels her axe bite into the beast but it gives less resistance than expecting, like slicing through jelly.
Her burst of divine power makes the wound erupt in a scatter of black pulp. The thing screams in pain but as you watch, bones snap and crackle and flesh moves to make the head larger and jaws elongate!

The thing shrinks and flattens to the floor, then springs to the ceiling and crawls above your heads near Toots and Tommary.
It reaches out with extended jaws at Toots Attack: 25 Damage: 24 Grappled on a hit.
and tentacles at Tommary Attack: 17 Damage: 10 DC 15 STR roll on hit or knocked prone.

Assuming 3' 6" Oethe can't reach it with a mace, he'll cast sacred flame(DC 14).

If she can get within 10' of the creature, Elyona will throw both of her yklwa's:

Tommary hair barely avoids the tentacle thing as he ducks, Tommary then duckwalks backward in a cunning action disengage to give himself space to fire off an arrow from his short bow breaking from his invisibility.
