Recently bought the Digital 5e PHB before linking to a Wizards of the Coast account, however still cannot access it or use the subclasses provided. I have been trying to slap on Arcane Trickster to my Rogue but I do not get the option to do so.
You've probably selected the 5.5e version of the Rogue class.
Make sure "5e Core Rules" is checked on the Home tab. Then, go to the Class tab, remove the class you've selected, and select the 5e version of the Rogue class instead.
Or, purchase the 5.5e version of the Player's Handbook (which is what this thread is about) if you want to use the 5.5e version of Arcane Trickster.

Also, if it was the 5e PHB you purchased and you are trying the 5e Rogue and not seeing the subclass, check your licenses are in sync in your account (account > licenses , or click here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses )

"Grasp of Hadar" is unavailable as for Warlock (2024) Eldritch Invocation Selection
It is from an expanded rules 2014 book and the 2024 warlock has problems with those. You can either make a 2014 warlock or leave it blank and add a note on the sheet : grasp of hadar doesn't have any benefit that can be automated by the sheet anyway, so it works out the same. You can note the effect by customising the spell.

I really wish you had all the same screens and capabilities on the mobile app as when logged in on PC. I tried sharing one of my character profiles to a friend that only has the mobile app and they couldn't see the background, nack story, extras screens at all. I pull up the same link on my phone and nope the entire extras screen just doesn't pull up.

This isn't a phone vs PC thing. Those sections are deliberately hidden, by community request. Only you and the DM of the campaign if the character is in one can see those sections. You probably used the same share link to view the character on mobile which is why you didn't see it yourself. If you logged into the app, view your characters and then go to your character you will be able to see those sections.
