I contacted support, do you know approximately how long they generally take to get back to you?
A lot of folks seem to have this issue. I submitted a support ticket months ago, received confirmation of receipt, but so far no follow up or resolution.
I, too, am having this problem. I will put in a "contact support" request, but it does seem to be a big issue. I bought the book yesterday, and I can add the new-to-me race Kalashtar to my new character sheet. However, other new Eberron content is not available, either in my character sheet (clearly enabled since I added the race), or on the general website. I first discovered the issue when trying to look at feats on the basic dndbeyond.com/feats list. When I click the drop-down for Revenant Blade it gives me the option to go to the marketplace and buy it, as others have described - but it also says "You already own this" all over that page.
Scrolling through this forum list, I've tried; clearing my cache, cookies, and history, logging out, restarting my computer, trying a different browser, going to the account page to see if I need to resync entitlements ("Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content.")
Having no further leads to follow...... I am now going to be contacting the support team. Cheers all, and good luck. Let me know if anyone finds another option to try.
There is a glitch with the Revenant Blade feat, they are working on it.
The reason that Customer Support is so backed up is because impatient people keep submitting multiple tickets over and over for the same thing and that has inundated their team with massive piles of unnecessary work that makes the whole gorram thing take longer for absolutely everyone. Patience is a virtue folks. They have received your ticket, it just happens to be in a pile of millions of other tickets that all need to be manually sorted through so they can figure out which ones are real, and which ones are just wasteful and unnecessary duplicates.
I think I found an error in the sourcebook...and I also have a question about enabling certain content.
First, in the sourcebook, Eberron: Rising from the Last War, Chapter 4 "The Mournland", "Mournland Villians" section it says the following: "Few people have reason to spend time anywhere near the Mournland. Among the exceptions are those who seek to plunder the riches of lost Cyre, such as Ikar’s Salvage (described below)." Yet I don't find anything below that entry which talks about Ikar's Salvage. I believe they should be somewhere in the section regarding the Order of the Emerald Claw if the wiki is correct.
Second, I can't seem to figure out how you make an abberant dragonmark character at level 1. I can enable the feat...but it doesn't allow me to pick spells.. Searching the forums didn't turn up much either. Appreciate any assistance.
"...or you can find the secret tunnel that leads to the Vault of Dickish DM which is filled with 10,000,000 copper coins and a 5,000 pound solid gold statue of a middle finger that is too big to fit through the door."

How are you adding the feat? I can, for example, create a character, Eberron content is enabled, select Human (variant) as a race, select Aberrant Dragonmark as a feat, and the drop-down selections for the spells appear. Or I can create a level 4 character and select it as a feat and get the same result.
If you're adding the feat from the "Manage Feats" bit on the character sheet, you can click the little down arrow to the right of the add/remove button, and the spell selections are at the bottom of the description.

I was doing it from the "Manage Feats" option since I couldn't find a way to do it otherwise. Guess I didn't scroll all the way down. Thank you for this!

I tried to make an Artificer with the Alchemy Jug replicate magic item infusion, but Alchemy jug has vanished from the list of replicate magic items infusions
Hi there,
with the release of Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, the rules for the Artificer class were updated.
The Alchemy Jug is still on the list of available items for the "Replicate Magic Item" infusion, however, the Alchemy Jug is from the Dungeon Master's Guide, so you will need to make sure that you either own that, or your character has access to the content from it via content sharing in a campaign.
I tried to read most of the posts here without saying anything and I don't see this topic, apologies if it has been said:
The artificer artillerist seems to have 2 problems I've noticed with its Eldritch cannon force ballista:
1) The to hit bonus when shown in the attack actions doesn't appear to be adding the character's proficiency bonus. As the turret says it makes a spell attack, I believe it should be equal to the player's spell attack (intelligence mod + proficiency)
2) The turret appears to be adding intelligence modifier to the damage bonus when adding it to the attack actions, I don't believe it should be, and should simply be 2d8
Lastly, a question:
Artillerist gets +1d8 to spell damage. Is it possible to make this visible as a damage bonus on the attacks page? For example, have fire bolt show 1d10+1d8 ornis this just a bonus we'll have to remember?
Hi there,
Sorry about that, we're taking a look at how to resolve (2) on your list and proficiency bonus was turned off briefly for this action.
We've not been able to get the attack to display as just 2d8 (3d8 at higher level) without the INT bonus being added to damage. This is why the feature wasn't set to display as an attack by default for now. It's on the list for resolution, but needs some development work.
Hi, sorry for replying to such an old message, but in here it was said that the proficiency bonus was turned off "briefly" for the attempts to solve the issue with the intelligence on the damage. I was wondering if it would be turned on anytime soon or if it will continue like this until this issue is fixed?
It was recently fixed. If it's not adding the proficiency bonus, you may need to switch your subclass and then back again to make it "refresh".
That runs the risk of losing other choices - a better method would be to increase the number of levels the character has in the artificer class, and then reduce them back to the correct number.
The artificer class is not available despite having Eberron content enabled. Any tips?
I don't have this issue but I also have Tasha's so even with Eberron turned off, I still have Artificer. Perhaps log-out and log-in back in and toggle Eberron content. I believe that's what I did when I had similar issues with MTG content.
The artificer class is the only class not in the Basic Rules, so is the only class not available for free. Did you purchase one of the subclasses (and therefore the class as a whole) or the book it was in, either while it was part of ERFtLW or TCoE? Once it was part of TCoE it was considered core D&D and wouldn't need the Eberron toggle any more.
So I have Eberron: Rising from the Last War and I was looking through the items and I noticed I can access all the variants of the Imbued Wood Focus except for the Irian Rosewood Focus, it says that that's only available in Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, is that supposed to be like that or is that a glitch?

The Irian Rosewood Focus is mentioned in Eberron: Rising from the Last War so it should be available to you. That's definitely a glitch, hopefully easy enough to fix if the other focuses are accessible?

Hopefully! I was actually double checking just now and it seems like I'm missing a few things or at least I think I am. There's a few items from the Wayfinder's Guide that I'm not sure if I'm supposed to get with Eberron: Rising from the Last War as well as the subraces for the Elves. Hopefully if this is a glitch, it can be fixed fairly easily.
It would depend on the item. As for the Elf subraces, those are definitely only available via Wayfinder's Guide, since their rules weren't republished in Eberron. At the least you can purchase the subrace(s) ala carte instead of buying the whole book.

Okay thanks to both, I will do the second option to check it out. Just out of curiosity, was the int thing fixed?
Not yet. For the time being, you can customize the Force Ballista attack to give a -(int) bonus to damage, so at least it cancels out.
