Thanks, D&D Beyond, for not implementing the optional Paladin features for the class from Tasha's. That the only freaking reason I bought the book! I'm done giving you fools any more money! Pathfinder, here I come!
They're implemented for the legacy Paladin class, which they were designed for.
Well, I have ALL the ruleset options checked, including Legacy content, which I guess now includes 5e, which is the ruleset that my character was created in. So why can't I see or use the optional features? I own all the 2014, 2024, and every supplemental book for D&D since 2014.

You've presumably using the 5.5 version of the class. The Tasha's optional features are only for the 5.0 versions. When they made the new classes, they incorporated, made redundant, or chose not to include the features into the base classes.

Do you have "Optional Class Features" enabled on the Home tab of the character builder? You won't see the optional features without enabling this.
Have you selected the 5e version of the Paladin class? It's the one under "5e Core Rules", not the one under "5.5e Core Rules". The icon for the 5e version is a helmet with wings; the icon for the 5.5e version is a shield with wings.
Remember, the "ruleset options" you're referring to are filters that control which character options are available. They don't affect which options on your character are actually selected. If you've selected the 5.5e Paladin class, you won't have access to any features from the 5e version of the class, including the optional features from Tasha's.
