It looks like you still have the Unearthed Arcana version of the Alchemist, not the one from Tasha's.
^ That'll do it!
Strange that you're able to put the Alchemist on a UA Artificer, though... Unless you had this character built before the Artificer UA was archived? I have an old UA Artificer and am unable to select any Artficer Specialist once removing what's there, so I suspect this was built some time ago. In that case, you should be able to gain full functionality if you switch the character class to the published Artificer. Might be best to copy it first, as a precaution!
The way the feats have been implemented is pretty unintuitive, and (potentially?) bugged. I had a player choose the base option instead of the specialized option, e.g. Telekinetic instead of Telekinetic (charisma). I said it would be fine, because for other feats you get a dropdown where you can select the ability score increase. But if you choose the base option it doesn't actually do anything. Why is there an option that doesn't do anything? Am I supposed to be seeing that option, or do I have something strange enabled? Also, it's pretty messy from a usability standpoint to have so many entries, it would be simpler with just one entry and then dropdown options to customize the feat.
So, I am playing an Artificer from Tasha's. One thing I have noticed with the Artificer is that coins add to you weight even if you have the option selected for coins not to contribute to weight. I have several characters in the builder. The Artificer is the only one that has this issue.

try toggling that setting (for coin weight) on and off for your artificer character. If that doesn't address it, please post the url (not the share link) for your character.
Aberrant Mind - Psionic Spells. We don't currently have a method to allow swapping these spells out. We are looking at solutions for this. "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
I don't know if this has been said yet, but some races do not work properly with custom origin. I don't know what all races are affected, but an example would be the Valenar Wood Elves. When you mark the option to allow the option for changing their +1 to wisdom, there is no drop down on the main page for it. The option can be enabled but no choice can be made.

This isn't the behavior I see. I notice that many elf subraces (Valenar Elves, regular Wood Elves, etc.) don't actually display their +1 Ability Score Increase in the character builder to start with, which is a separate issue (for those unfamiliar with the race attributes prior to entering the character builder). Other elf subraces do show the ASI feature (like the Sea Elf). In the specific case of the Valenar Wood Elf, checking the Origin Ability Score Increase option to change the +1 to Wisdom does display the appropriate selection in the character builder:

To Schmaglow: had you also checked the Origin Manager box to change the +2 DEX? I just tried with my Forest Gnome (+2 INT gnome, +1 DEX forest) and when I had both the +2 & +1 manager boxes selected, I couldn't get the dropdown for the +1 until after I picked something for the +2. I imagine so that you can't have them both be the same ability score.
To Halfwing: I've checked Dark Elf and Forest Gnome myself, and I'd guess that in general for elves, both the main race and the subraces have the +2 and +1 Ability Score Increase traits, but these traits are set in the (sub)race editor to "Hide in builder" and "Hide in sheet", hence why you don't see them. You can still see their numbers in the Abilities section of the Character Builder in the Racial Bonuses for each ability score. (As for why, that's for DDB to say; I imagine to reduce clutter.)

Has any progress been made on the Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul Sorcerer’s 1st level magic feature for each respective sub class? Have been playing a clockwork sorcerer and it has been a pain playing without the ability to track my swapped spells especially since using a digital sheet is my only way of playing with my group.

Right, I assumed the same. It's only for certain subraces though, and likely an oversight more than anything!
Edit: I assume the +1 abilities are mistakenly hidden in the builder in this case, although the +2 make sense to be hidden as they're part of the base racial traits, listed near top of the character builder page for all subraces.
I tried toggling the add coins to weight button on and off several times and got the same result. Anytime I add my 93 gold pieces to my coin total it is counting towards encumbrance regardless of whether the option is on or off. Here is the link:

The +1 DEX was also hidden for Forest Gnome subrace, I haven't checked other Gnome subraces, but their +1s are probably also hidden? I agree that it would be good to show the +1 ASI granted by subraces in general, though I don't think they were hidden by mistake.

I think we can agree that at the very least it's inconsistent across the board. Some elf subraces show the +1 ASI (Sea Elf), some don't. Some dwarf subraces show the +1 ASI (Gray Dwarf), some don't. Some races/subraces show both +2 and +1 ASIs (all aasimar subraces), some races show neither (aarakocra)...
There isn't a consistency to which of these racial ASIs are displayed, which is understandable; even my own working methods change periodically, and that's not even taking into account multiple employees who may have been tasked with building the official races.

So I'm playing a Cleric and for the optional feature blessed strikes, the 1d8 looks like 1d8
That's because they want to remark this is a quite strong feature. 😉
